Breakfast wasn't great. The oatmeal container was almost empty every morning. Cold rubbery scrambled eggs, cold hard mystery meat and some days there was no coffee. Staff was friendly. Get a room on the south side unless you want to hear monster trucks roaring up and down the street.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, staff was wonderful. Only complaint is I felt the room was expensive.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very spacious. Nice to have an entryway to keep wet boots and luggage not in the area where the beds are.

Could not control the room temperature- too cold and too hot. Fan never stopped running

Some policy at check in not possible to upgrade unless your a ramada customer. So if you booked with expedia forget it. Pool extremly cold. Breakfast had no meat at all Just eggs and hashbrowns.

The front desk staff was incredible when we checked in! The hotel is clean and welcoming! Our room was great! Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Nice breakfast, even gluten free options!! 😃

The room was clean but the hotel is aging and could use some upgrades. The hot breakfast was barely warm enough, they were out of coffee and it was not being attended to well enough as we had to ask for several things. The staff that we dealt with were efficient but somewhat brusque.

Excellent place to stay only things i can think of that are minor is to have regular syurp for waffles , have house cleaning turn off alarms multiple rooms had theres go off.

Staff was great, pool was lots of fun for the kids. The room was a bit dirty though, crumbs all over on linoleum and food stuck on it.

Family of six booked two room. Our trip was a family trip to ride on the polar express.The hotel was clean, Comfy beds, good choice of breakfast buffet,Nice lady oversee the breakfast areas is always stocked up. It was convenient to have BP near the hotel. However BP was so busy with the increase of customers in town, it took us ten minutes to get the attention of front of house staff to place our order to go. Was told a thirty minutes wait, return to the BP after 35 minutes they had lost our order.

Clean facilities and rooms. And the pool was great. Great place to stay if coming from out of town to ride the polar express railway - like we did!

The front staff were so friendly and helpful, the dining area is clean and spacious and the room was clean and huge! Most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel ever! Will definitely be back ☺️

Enjoyed the breakfast - was enough there for me at 9:00am. Parking was easy and spacious.
