Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna

The consists of several buildings and is very scenic, the rooms are nice and the staff are friendly and helpful, however I am disappointed. They tried to get me to pass off to me a room with a lagoon view instead of the more expensive beach view that i paid for so after going to the room i had to return to reception to change rooms. No hotel wi-fi - the network available is the Gouna free WiFi The breakfast buffet was more appropriate for a 4 star hotel and not worth the price. Only 2 types of local cheese, no pancake syrup, local brand nutella-like product, only grapefruit, dates and canned peaches offered as fruits. The brown bread was stale. I went out for breakfast after first day. Coffee capsules in the room are replenished at a charge although they are not nespresso brand. Distance from rooms to the reception was inconvenient and the 15 minute wait for a golf car made things a bit difficult. Plus there are no maps so if you want to visit someone in a different room you will get lost.

Large property with beautiful gardens and lagoons. Well kept and attentive staff.

Great location and beautiful views of green landscape all around the hotel. Easy beach access and great accommodations. Superb breakfast buffet with lots of varieties to choose from. It was a very pleasant experience.

This place is one of the best we have ever visited wigh mt family. Ms. Amani was the first to meet and greet. My family have very hogh standard when it comes to hotels rooms, but this hotel delivered very clean rooms. Ms. Spent alot of time to deliver anove and beyond our standard. The whole staff is friendly and walking around to deliver your dreams. Thanks for every one,

Loved El Gouna ….hotel had no atmosphere…anything nice you had to pay extra for even though we were all inclusive…poor mini bar in room not even a beer or wine in it, so if you wanted a drink on your balcony u had to walk far as big hotel …setting lovely but only ate in hotel once as everyone looked miserable, probably disappointed like us , so went out to eat every day too ..as the food we ate once was very average…we had fabulous meals out but obviously cost us …would never go back to hotel …but would go back to El Gouna .

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Sheraton Miramar. Definitiv kein 5 Stern Hotel. Man müsste meinen, dass man für ein 5 Stern Hotel besseres und frischeres Essen am Buffet (Morgen, Mittag und Abend) und in den Restaurants erhaltet. Einzigste das Orient und die BeachBar haben einigermassen gutes Essen am Mittag und Abend. Die Cocktails im All Incl. bzw. allg. sind leider keine Cocktails sondern einfach purer Alkohol mit einem Schluck vom Mischgetränk. Von den Mitarbeitenden kann man keine Freundlichkeit erwarten wenn das Portmonai nicht gezückt wird. Man spürt dessen Verachtung gegen "wohlhabenden Touristen" Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr unserer Zeit Konform. Altes Mobiliar. Und Sauber (Bett & Badezimmer) ist etwas anderes, auch wenn man die Kultur und deren Standarte diesbezüglich beachtet. Netterweise wurden wir dann beim reklamieren, in ein anderes Zimmer untergebracht jedoch war auch dort das Bett nicht sauber und musste nochmals angefragt werden damit es neu bezogen wurde. Krönender Abschluss war dann auch das man uns am Tag vor der Abreise extra anruft und mitgeteilt wird, dass jemand vor Abreisezeit kommt und mit den Koffern hilft. (Auf der Anlage etwas schwierig mit den Koffer) Wir haben 45Minuten gewartet und es ist niemand gekommen. Check-out verlief auch überhaupt nicht der eigentlichen Erwartungen in einem 5 Stern Hotel, man hat die offene Rechnung bezahlt und wurde praktisch rausgeworfen ohne überhaupt angeschaut zu werden.

Ausstattung, Gesamtanlage, Service, Poolbereich und angelegte Lagunen hervorragend. Frühstückauswahl prima, sehr gut. Abendessenbuffet 4 Sterne.
