Great location, very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. A very nice boutique hotel that is small and inviting. Surrounded by Tropical trees and vegetation which makes it feel comfortable and secure. Highly recommend.

Muy buen servicio del personal, el personal muy amable y servicial, limpio y comodo

El personal es muy amable, frente del hotel hay una agencia de viajes con un super buen servicio. Las habitaciones limpias, alrededor varios restaurantes con muy buena comida. A 10 min del tren maya, caminando puedes llegar en 10 min. a la plaza central de Palenque.

Se autorizaron trabajos de reparación a las 7 am y obvio no se podía dormir Todo muy ruidoso
