We had made a special request to have an east or south facing room and on a higher floor because we paid for the premium room which are on floors 7 to 9. We ended up being offered a room facing west on the eighth floor. It turned out to be quite difficult to get another room, but they ended up giving us one on the seventh floor facing south, which was good. We did feel like a second class citizen because we had gone through Expedia. They explained that they no longer offer another beverage to each person in the room, and they made a point of saying they are still honouring the free parking, but it felt like it was going to be ending soon.

The suites are fantastic, the location is excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Aegir Restaurant was also a highlight. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning is a dealbreaker for me. Everything else was great, but I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone. During warmer weather, comfort matters.

Ideally located next to the ferry terminal and fisherman’s wharf, we had a great stay for our family of 4. They upgraded us into a family suite with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and the full kitchen was very helpful when travelling with 2 little ones.

Interesting that when we checked into our room, we were greeted with birds tweeting, which I guess was programmed to come out of the radio. Very nice!

The room was spacious, nicely decorated, modern, and had great views. The location is perfect. Can walk to old town, China town, the boat tours, parks, and the bay. And the staff are so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay her again!

Spacious suites equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including a balcony. Bathrobes also a nice touch. Had an issue with room cleaning being forgotten. We ate in restaurant twice for breakfast and once for happy hour drinks plus food. Only issue were the poached eggs which were sent back 3 times. Our server was very busy in each visit but did a great job.

Amazing boutique hotel in a great location. Two bedroom, two bathroom suite was beautiful. Everything in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Hotel was in an excellent location; walkable to great restaurants and for sight-seeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and contained everything we could want/need.

Modern comfortable hotel a few blocks from the Parliament building. Friendly staff, nice garden, big rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
