Unfortunately our room was dirty - hair on the sheets and pillows cases Walls needed a wash from food splatter Nothing was dusted The bathroom needed a clean Towels were stained with brown marks Then when I went downstairs to the front desk - they didn’t have change so I could buy a pop from vending machine

The pool was full of dead bugs the carpets were not in very good condition

We booked there for the hot tub and pool to have a swim with our granddaughter and it was shut down.

Room had the smell of a million cigarettes. Barely tolerable.

The service was decent at check in. The mattress must have been from when it was first built because it was saggy and very soft. The toilet was so low to the ground that it was like visiting an elementary school bathroom. Tub was slippery like the cleaner had not been completely rinsed out. The room smelt good and the breakfast was alright. The pool area was not working when I was there.

My kid was really looking forward to the pool. When we got there we found out the pool was in maintenance and we couldn’t use it. I wish we knew that before booking the hotel.

There was no soap in the rooms, upon request shower gel was offered with the promise there would be a delivery the following day. My stay was for 2 nights - soap was not delivered to the hotel during that time - not sure how lo g they had been without. The toilet in my room did not flush, when reported to the front desk i was advised that it would be fixed the following day, which it was. I was not offered an alternative room which was disappointing. The included breakfast was not the best. I have stayed at the hotel several times and have always found it comfortable, this will be my last time. The hotel has declined.

Our tv didn’t work in our room but they offered to switch our room or give us a discount. Loved that the property was pet friendly.

Check in staff was amazing! Room service from the next door restaurant was above our expectations!

Place as quiet, staff was inviting. Room wasn't as clean as I'd like, found some hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours and chip crumbs on the floor that weren't ours.

Stonebridge is a great place to stay.

We first stayed here about a year ago. Although its a well worn hotel it was clean and very convenient for the dogs. This stay the hotel was much less clean and they had removed ashtrays and things from the dog area. Cigarette butts were all over the place because there was simply nowhere to dispose of them.

For the price, I would say the hotel is decent. Definitely starting to become dated, a lot of the fixtures and stuff have seen better days. But the hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are very attentive and always helpful. Being right next to Walmart is really good, and the casino is right behind the hotel.
