Location is very convenient but you don’t have any good view. Few blocks away from downtown so if you like quite place this is for you. The staff are very kind and friendly. Dinner restaurant Travola also has good food with reasonable price.

Excellent lodging with great breakfast, good AC, and the use of a sauna. Will come back.

Had to make a quick booking for one night in Bariloche due to transport issues and chose this hotel at random. Was glad that I did, as lovely hotel within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. Would choose again if I had to return

El hotel en general es muy conveniente pero no con el lujo de NH, hay algunos detalles en la habitación que no lo hacen 4 estrellas pero nuestro cuarto estaba muy amplio y con una muy buena vista,. Lo más conveniente es la ubicación a unos minutos caminando de centro cívico, spot Bariloche para fotos Rapanui y Mamushka.

Die Hotelzimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist gut, aber ich würde kein zweites Mal kommen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. In Bariloche ist es eines der teuersten Hotels. Dafür bekommt man was Besseres. Die Bilder des Poolbereichs sehen viel schöner aus als es dann effektiv ist. Nur enttäuschend...

Friendly staff at front desk and bar. Property centrally located. Breakfast choices were plentiful and the dining area was spacious and clean.

A comfortable hotel within easy walking access of central Bariloche. Didn't notice too much noise. Would recommend.

Quartos espaçosos com roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Atendimento excelente, com um bom café da manhã. Localização excelente. Banheiro com pouca pressão no chuveiro. Enfim, um bom hotel mas com fotos publicitárias que aparentam instalações mais novas e algumas áreas necessitam de uma reforma.

Unser Zimmer ear schön gross, aber es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte Renovation. Das Preis- / Preisverhältnis stimmt nicht. Man zahlt mit 200$ pro Nacht definitiv zu viel dafür. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee aber ungeniessbar. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen gibt es nicht.
