Excellent breakfast a lot of choice .

Exceptional service from staff who went above and beyond. We dined at both the French and sushi restaurants and the food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. The onsen was a great experience.

ハイアットにも関わらずラウンジのサービスがないのが残念。16年前に泊まった時は無料のラウンジサービスがあったように記憶しているが今はウェルカムドリンクのみになっていた。補助ベッドはレベルが低い。古い施設ではあるがメンテはしっかりされている。朝食で卵料理のオーダーをはじめに取る割には運んでくる順番がおかしかったり正しいオーダーのものではなかったり機能的なサービスではなかった。

朝食もゆったりとして大変良かったです。 また、大涌谷に行く為に、近隣のロープウェイの場所まで、シャトルバスで送って頂けるのもありがたいサービスでした。 とっても隠れ家感がある、良いホテルでした。

Amazing views from the rooms!

Beautiful setting with a nice Onsen. We loved waking up to birds chirping out the window with misty clouds rolling down through the ravine. Magical place.

We loved the atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room smelled so good and looked cozy. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. The food and drinks were excellent. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the decor. Peaceful and serene.

Great location, friendly staff and amazing property. No issues throughout our stay and the room, view was amazing. Definitely on my re-visit list.

This was a midway stop point for us to take a break and recharge. Hyatt Hakone did not disappoint. Felt peaceful and relax. Staff, Food, property was amazing.

The hotel is tucked away in the mountains of Hakone - making it a convenient location for the ropeway access and a nice experience. Downstairs is a large living room concept with a wooden fire -- fun place to hang out and mingle/relax. Few nice touches that provide for a nice experience -- every guest usually wears their yakuta attire they receive in the room. There is an onsen that you can use which is wonderful! The room has good amenities. The service is a bit slower and maybe not as solutions-based as you might need, but everyone is nice. The hotel offers shuttles to Gora,Sauzon stations - which is helpful if you take the train from Odawara to these stations. You can also reserve a shuttle from Odawara to hotel.

コンビニエンスストア的なショップがなく、自動販売機もないため、飲み物などの購入ができなかった。朝食を付けたが、ブッフェの際動線が狭く客同士がぶつかるシーンがよくあった。朝食のレストランについては、動線の確保、テーブルまでの壁の配置をもう少し考慮すべきかと思いました。テーブルに調味料がなく、また醤油等ないためたまご等にかけるのがとても不便でした。
