This hotel is absolutely stunning! The surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful scenery that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was exceptional—every dish was delicious and well-prepared. The service was top-notch, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place for a getaway!

Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento, restaurante e localização. Adoramos nos hospedar la e vamos voltar com certeza. O que gostamos muito foi o onsen (banho quente), que é muito limpo e amenities de banho com os melhores produtos. Fica perto da estação, que vale super a pena conhecer, pois é um tipo de trem pequeno (bondinho), não sei dizer ao certo. Mas quem quiser pode entrar em contato com o hotel que eles buscam e levam da estação de trem Odawara. Adoramos.

The service level from all staff was simply amazing. It was a great hotel with great views of the mountains. It was the perfect place to stay and explore.

The staff was so lovely and polite and very accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. They provide plenty of shuttles to get around to the bus and train stations. Also very accommodating for food. The onsen and amenities were lovely. Toyoma handled our check in and was so wonderful. Our dinner server was Bishnu and he was also so so helpful and kind

This was an incredible place to stay. The area is beautiful and the hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and there was a shuttle to take us too and from town, which was a life saver with the steep inclines. The onsen and spa were beautiful and we loved all of the complimentary items provided to us. We will absolutely stay again!

Hotel was very nice, but also had dinner there which was overpriced with terrible service. We would recommend the property and the room, but suggest you make plans to eat somewhere else.

Hotel is nice and location is good too. The fireplace was the highlight of the stay. Sipa glass of red wine hearing the firewood burn. However the room was not well maintain and there are insects.
