O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, muito gentis e solícitos. O hotel é muito bem localizado, a cama é confortável, chuveiro bom. A tv é velha, poderia ser melhor e oferecer serviço de streaming. O único ponto negativo na minha opinião é que as portas dos quartos são muito barulhentas para fechar, como cada hóspede tem seu horário/rotina, as portas batem o tempo inteiro e atrapalha para dormir.

Stayed 5 nights. No Air Conditioning. Promised every day would be fixed "tonight" but never was. Hot and humid all night, got little sleep. Asked for manager several times, never available. Emailed after returning home, no reply

O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, repetitivo e com poucas opções. Sem ovos no Buffet, apenas com a opção de pagamento. Frutas somente em salada. No contexto geral como localização, limpeza e atendimento, considero boa opção.

I was delighted in every way by this hotel. It is absolutely deserving of its 4*, i found it above European standards in aesthetics and comfort. The staff were both professional and friendly, allowing us an early check-in. There were no defects in the room (the only sign everything in it wasn't brand new was a little rust on bathroom vent), which was bright (with amazing balcony vdirectly onto the obelisk), comfortable, classy. Lobby areas are welcoming, cool, clean, and tranquil respite from hot street. Some visitors might find the glass walk-in shower cramped, otherwise everything was roomy. Some traffic noise is inevitable but it did not bother our sleep. Air conditioning worked well (although it was either on or off...no thermostat).

Renligheden er ok. Morgenmaden er blevet noget minimal. Beliggenheden fatastisk. Personalet meget hjælpsomme.
