Super personale og rigtigt pænt og flot hotel.

Ich war beruflich zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Hyatt Regency Al Kout. Das Hotel hat mich wieder sehr gefallen. Sauberkeit, Zimmereinrichtung, Room Service, Essen, freundliche und liebe Personal. Ahh dazu möchte ich mich bei Herrn Ismail Jerbi Für den netten Empfang bedanken. Ich komme wieder gerne und empfehle das Hotel weiter.

We booked a junior suite for a week long stay at this remarkable hotel. Breakfast had a verity of option, we loved abundance of fresh juices. Staff were highly responsive and addressed all our requests efficiently. It is obvious from our experience that this hotel is well managed. Thank you Hyatt Al kout, we loved our stay.

No covered parking & it’s too hot outside

Really large & modern room in a beautiful hotel connected to the Al Khut Mall thereby allowing for unlimited access to shopping, dining & entertainment. I wish I had discovered this pearl of a place much sooner as I’d avoided some of the other places I ended up regrettably staying at. On the plus touristy side, you can also watch the Fountain Show located less than 5 min walk from the motel in the outdoor area of the mall. The hotel staff is very friendly, always open to provide better service (upgrades anyone?!) & they also watch out for you by advising how much your taxi fare will be. One of the few hotel left still helping you get a public taxi without trying to rip you off with the overpriced hotel ones. That is a very nice change!

The location close to the Gulf made for pleasant walks. The Room Service for food was excellent, specifically Manoj, who always made of point of ensuring I received a suitable substitute, if what I wanted wasn't available.

It was excellent. I enjoyed my stay. Nice for shopping at al kout mall. The only negative thing is the car park. It would be lovely if they had a bigger private and secure car park for the hotel residents.
