Frendly and efficent staf.

Staff at front desk and cleaner were lovely and helpful. Arrived early and they assisted with luggage and room while we went and explored area. Property is dated, but does have charm and comfort. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional. Only issue is that walls are thin and can hear movement and outside noise but is a minor problem for us. We found limited dining options for the night.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Hotel is clean but very dated. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Stayed 2 nights. Second night didn’t sleep at all because of noisy neighbors. As much as I live the location and the staff I will try to find another hotel for next visit.

Hotel and staff were nice. I did laugh when the boy on reception suggested ironing on my bed instead of finding me an ironing board. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was pretty poor. There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station.

Excellent location quite close to the Old Town. Easy access to historical sites and places. Aging building , reasonable facilities but inexpensive. Recommended.

Very old property, you can hear everything what happens in other rooms, very noisy during midnight hours, AC hardly blows in the room and it's very hot almost impossible to sleep, I have been in 2 star hotels with better accommodation

en ucuz odasını seçtim, odada cam yoktu, yerden yaklaşık 1,5 metre yükseklikte cezaevi havasında cam, oda da klima yoktu. aşırı havasız ve sigara kokuyordu. odada su ısıtıcısı vardı bu güzel birşey, istediğinde çay ve kahve içebilirsiniz. kahvaltı zengin değildi, fakat yeterliydi, yan tarafta açık otoparkı var iş görür derecede.

The hotel and staff was excellent. The only issue I had, the stall bathroom was too tight, you barely stand to take shower and I was keep hitting my body to the glass wall.

Het hotel ligt hartje centrum; veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en metrostation Serdika is aan het begin van de straat. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, de kamer ruim maar wel aan de voorzijde gelegen wat gedurende lange tijd op de avond geluidsoverlast met zich meebracht. De airco was matig.

Hotellets beliggenhed er fin, men at det skal være fire stjernet passer ikke. Størrelsen på værelset var fin- men eftersom vinduet sad højt oppe, var det ikke muligt at se ud derfra. Receptionisten talte dårligt engelsk. Det virker meget gammeldags, at man skal aflevere værelses-nøglen, hver gang man forlader hotellet. Morgenmaden var elendig.
