Bathroom smells really bad even after multiple complains. TV reception not good. Food and service was quite good.

Cold shower in the morning. Should not take 5 hours to get a new room. Electrical outlets deficient in both rooms, dangerous. Excellent breakfast.

Very kind staff, clean facility, convenient access.

아침식사가 맛있었습니다. 친절한 직원들, 청결한 호텔. 밤에 야외수영장이 멋집니다. 밤에 조금 시끄러웠어요.

Problem with speaking with language. Security staff is speaking Hindi only either they need speak in English and local language to understand.and even they are not calling who knows English speaking.

Staff are so good, helping and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was awesome with lots of fresh options. Totally enjoyed our trip .

Hotel needs to invest in in-room upgrades. Leaky faucets & old shower heads, leaky tea kettle. I had a very early morning departure & both desk people were crabby, rude, and generally dismissive. Also, hotel location is isolated on a 3km radius gated compound.

今回出張で利用。 シャワーのお湯がぬるい。水圧が低い。 シングルベッドが小さすぎる。 バスタオルが汚れていた。汚れが落ちていなかった。 チェックイン後TVが壊れているのに気付き修理を依頼した。事前に壊れているのに何故気付かないのか？ バスルームは髪の毛が残っていて本当に掃除をしたのか？？ 早朝、深夜ともに外で大音量を流しうるさかった。止めるようにお願いしたが止めなかった。ここはホテルでありナイトクラブではない。 レストランで飲食をしてその場で支払ったがチェックアウト時にも請求してきた。いわゆる2重請求。いったい何位を考えているのか？？？　カスタマーサービスが全くできていない、スタッフの教育も全くされていない。 料金は高いがホテルとしてのサービスレベルは低い。 今後このホテルに泊まることは２度とない。

First, this is a beautiful facility with incredible amenities and staffing. I added a room during our stay & accidentally booked it at the wrong Novotel. One of your staff helped me fix that reservation and set things straight. Amazing Employee!!

Bathroom Toilet flush tank system was pathetic. There was no pressure to water. Once you flush you need to wait for minimum of 2 minutes to flush next time. we reported this issue to the hotel front desk reportedly they never acknowledged the problem. Very Bad.
