Rating & Review Keseluruhan Vista Cay Resort by Millenium at Universal Blvd

We’ve stayed with Vista Cay three times over the past 10 years. It’s been our top choice when we vacation in Orlando. This time felt different… small things, I guess. The roof of our building was being repaired, so there was a huge lift right outside our window/patio. Related, lots of caution tape. The bed in the master suite could use a new mattress. All else was what we’ve come to expect. Clean grounds. Exceptional pool area. Convenient location.

Wonderful place to stay for families! The split level plan is great if two groups of families are traveling together. The townhouse was clean and close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

The resort is really nice. Had a few issues but was taken care of within minutes. Townhouse was very clean.

Property was dirty. Had to have the cleaning people come and clean it again didn’t did not even have a a can opener or a large bowl. Had only 4 large glasses for a 3 bedroom condo, there was still grease from the previous guest in the cabinets, hair from the previous guests in the shower !!! The floors were all scratch, the furniture was outdated, the shower floor in the master bath made so much noise it was scary !!! The only good thing was the beds they were comfortable. Customer service was great !!! The cleaners were not after getting the place cleaned for a second time they still did not clean the grease from the cabinets .

I just did not like this place. It looked so put together. The place held a smell, inside was outdated. Our door was unlocked the whole time while we was at the parks b/c the door didn’t lock. We had to keep using the number thing. Loved the pool bar and the bartenders. Even the pool chairs were just dirty. Every where was dirty. I don’t like complaining but I had to. I was so ready to go once I walked in, 😩I guess you get what you pay for.

Great space, nicely furnished

I have been going to Vista Cay for the last 3 years. We usually stay away from the roads, this time we were near the main drag and it was loud. Sounded like cars racing all night. Also had an issue with the neighbors, they were out with their young kids til 1 am, parents partying extremely loud. We called front desk to remedy situation, however nothing was done. I have never felt so sleep deprived on vacation like I was this last visit.

Room was freezing, pillows were very uncomfortable, struggled sleeping. Showers / bath got cold really quickly. The lights were on but it was still pretty dark. But it had a lot of room for us to walk around.

The AC didn’t work, but we were able to fix it ourselves before maintenance could come. Also, the wifi displayed was not available.

Nice location. Spacious room. Was poorly cleaned. There was dust, hair along the apartment. A roach was seen. We communicate with the staff to request housekeeping to clean the property the second day of our stay and even explained the roach situation and no response given, nor housekeeping pass by the apartment. Was kind of frustrating.

All good as expected, nice area, Publix on the corner and new units.

We were sheltering from Milton. Could not have picked a better spot.

Stayed 8 years ago - little has changed. The pool area is tiered and the apartment showers poor. Needs refreshing for the price

I have stayed at Vista Kay in the past and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived to the room we found bugs all over the floor along with a strong musty smell. They offered to put us in another room but after seeing the house keeping simply sweep up all the centipedes and spray the room with fragrance we decided to stay elsewhere. To be honest the two experiences were polarizing it didn’t even seem like the same place. I am hoping to be able to work with Expedia for a refund on the property.

Great friendly staff, clean property both inside and outdoor. Pool area and bar is great and lots of room. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next visit!!
