Am Pool hat es nicht gut gerochen. Es waren auch noch Reparaturen

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The rooms are small but had exactly what we needed. They cleaned daily. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. And everyone was super helpful. I think we could have done more research about how close it is to things- it was a 20 min bus or taxi ride to most of the tourist spots but overall I was very happy with our stay

Quarto tem um tamanho excelente para 4 pessoas, camas confortáveis, cozinha super bem equipada proporcionando a oportunidade de preparar desde pratos mais elaboratos, até opções mais rápidas. Pareceia bem cuidado, com decoração de muito bom gosto e aconchegante. Academia apesar de aparentar pequena e com poucos equipamentos, eram os esenciais para realizar um otimo treino. Área de piscina e solario bem equipadas e agradáveis. Atendimento muito bom por todos os colaboradores, que eram sempre simpsticos, solicitos, eduadados e muito prestativos, lugar excelente bem perto de várias atrações turisticas, shopping e metro, alem de pontos de onibus, facilidade de pegar taxi, com muitos mercados, cafes e restsurantes no entorno. Apessar de estar numa área bem estratégica o hotel era bem silencioso, com um aroma bem agradavel ao adentrar em suas instalações. Disponibilizavam area de cuidado com a roupa (lavagem e secagem em máquina mediante a pagamento e passar de forma gratuita), além disso disponibilizavam de bikes para locação e uma balança para conferir o peso da mala (mulheres entenderão). Gostei muito e recomendo

【良かった点】 １、洗面台が広くて使いやすかった ２、清潔だった ３、部屋が広かった ４、キッチンも広く快適だった ５、キッチンにスポンジと食器用洗剤の他、ダスターが用意されていたのはとても良かった ６、枕元のコンセントが便利 ７、ベッドの広さも固さも快適だった！ ８、チェックインした時の受付の女性二人と、チェックアウトした時の男性の受付の方の感じが良かった ９、清掃の方の感じも良かった 10、チェックインした日に、小さいペットボトルのサービスがあってありがたかった 11、部屋には収納も豊富で快適だった 12、9月6日から9月11日までの滞在だったが、バルセロナは暑かったのでエアコンがあって快適だった 【良くなかった点】 １、テラス付きの受付人同じ階の部屋に滞在したが、植物が植っているためか、窓を開けてもいないのに部屋に蚊や小蝿、見たこともない虫などが何匹も入ってきて不快だった ２、虫が入ってくるので窓が開けられず、空気の入れ替えができないので不快だった ３、部屋が半地下のような場所で道路に面しているため歩行者と、隣のテラスを使用する人の目も気になり、ブラインドはほぼ閉めたままで、閉塞感があった。 ４、部屋は受付に近く、夜遅くに受付前で話している客？の声がうるさくて眠れなかった！！ ５、部屋が半地下部分で道路に面していたため、自動車やバイクの走行音もうるさく睡眠の妨げになった。 ６、朝早くにチェックアウトする客の電話？の声もめちゃくちゃうるさかった！！ ７、バスルームの扉の開閉がしづらかった 溝が浅くて指の力で扉を閉める仕様だが、指の力ではあの重い扉を閉めるのは無理！ ８、キッチンに水切り場がなくて不便だった ９、キッチンの鍋が内も外もベタベタで、まず理器具を洗わなくてはならず不便だった また、食器類もあまり清潔な感じがしなかった 10、大きいフライパンがなかったので、備品にあったらさらに便利だった 11、コーヒーカップが小さかったので、マグカップがあればさらに便利だった 12、バス停は近いが、地下鉄まで徒歩14分くらいで少し距離があり不便 13、チェックイン時刻を知らせていたものの、清掃が終わっていなかったためすぐに入室できなかったのは残念だった（すぐに清掃してもらって、入室は少し待っただけだったが）

Just stayed with my family, partner and two daughters (3 and 8 months) It was a great location to get to everything we needed, a short walk to the metro and we could get anywhere in Barcelona. A brilliant space for us all to fit in, would recommend & would stay again.

Convenient to the city centre by public transport. Not very like a traditional hotel but the room is big enough. The pool is too small so forget about it.

All good would stay again

Very pleased about the service received from start to finish. Approachable and very knowledgable staff especially Johanna at the reception.They accomodate every request even a toaster for our girls to have our gluten free toast at breakfast, many thanks to Ismail. The hotel location is also central and close to metro station of Espana L1 and they also clean our family room every day!!! We made a great choice for our holidays in Spain

Quiet room, not big but comfortable. Staff friendly and the pool on rooftop was okay for children. Would stay again.

Central location & easy access to metro

Ottima posizione per visitare Barcellona, appartamento ampio e con tutti i confort previsti. La piscina è molto piccola, scomodi i lettini con poco spazio sopratutto se presente tanta gente.

Excellent apartment Very clean

Very neat with all the appliances you would need to cook a small meal or warm up food available. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was neat. The pool was lovely as well. All in all a lovely experience

Some clients were very loud on their balcony until 3:00 am. The Windows were not sapins proof enough
