Great place to stay.

They use computers for room assignment Sent us to a room the was already occupied Scared the heck out of them There 3 days Each day they called my wife to tell her that she needed to checkout Note this was prepaid Each evening I would go by the desk and would say everything was cleared up - it wasn’t Staff was friendly but didn’t seem to have a clue about how work the computer system Not only would I not go back but I will not be using Hilton properties

Local flooding occurred but was safe. Hotel was great. Nice breakfast, closed earlier than most hotels. Staff at front desk were more interested in their cell phones than helping customers. And the desk clerk parked out right outside the front doors, blocking a parking space. I had to walk in the heavy rain from the handicap parking spot to the lobby.

Perfect location, clean and great breakfast. (Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger though)

Always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn at Nacogdoches. Always clean, bed is always comfortable, and great breakfast.

Good stay! Clean facilities. Having room refreshed everyday instead of every other day would’ve bumped up to 5 stars instead of 4.

The quality of room furnishings was excellent. We have stayed in many hotels in Nacogdoches but this was the best by a mile and will stay again.
