Ficamos duas noites hospedados no quarto para família. O quarto é muito espaçoso, e mesmo o sofá cama foi muito confortável. Gostei que no quarto tinha microondas, pia e frigobar! O café da manhã foi muito bom também. Apesar do hotel não ser no centro, é uma ótima localização, pois cerca de 10 minutos andando você já esta no centro de Rouen. O estacionamento é amplo e fácil de entrar com o carro, apenas se atentar para as vagas que são exclusivas do Hotel. Recomendamos!

It is outside of the center

We appreciate owners front desk helped us to get a cab. when our Uber did not show up. The couch pull out was 2 smaller cots and they were squeaky and not very comfortable (lumpy). When we stayed here in January, the pullout couch was 1 bed and it was very comfortable.

Idéalement il serait appréciable d'indiquer que l'hôtel est en travaux. Point positif : une équipe tres agréable et tres souriante.

Mon séjour à Novotel Suites Rouen s'est très bien déroulé, très bon accueil à l'arrivée, le personnel est très agréable et attentif, chambre spacieuse, très propre, on se sent comme chez soi, même mon petit chihuahua a aimé son séjour, un tapis et des gamelles avaient été mis à disposition pour lui. Ça fait plaisir de voir un hôtel qui accueil aussi bien les humains que les animaux ! Je recommande et je reviendrais très certainement!

We had a stop off en route south. The family room had perfect facilities with two single beds for the children and a large double. Also a fridge and microwave to prepare snacks or breakfast. Just what we needed with a child needing specialist food.

Hôtel très bien situé et très confortable. Les chambres spatieuses et très propres. Petits déjeuners variés.

Schönes sehr großes Zimmer, ganz tolles Personal. Eigene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

J'ai été fort agréablement surprise : les chambres sont vraiment belle et spacieuse : avec coin lit (très bonne literie), un coin canapé avec table, une kitchinette avec senseo, bouilloire, frigo, micro ondes, lave vaisselle... des wc à part et une salle de bain : baignoire ET douche !! Le tout avec du thé de chez Kusmi tea, et des produits de toilette de chez Rituals ! Un parking en sous sol, (certes un peu cher 15 euros la nuit) mais il a l'avantage d'etre présent. Je n'ai pas profité ni du petit déjeuner à 19 €, ni de la salle de sport : mais je suis passé devant et cela paraissait bien sympa !! Si je reviens à Rouen , ce sera dans cet hotel. J'allais oublié : j'ai été accueilli mon 1er jour par une jeune femme fort sympathique, qui m'a indiqué des places de parkings bien plus grande pour mon véhicule que je n'arrivais à garer qu'aux chausses pieds. Et qui a bien pris le temps de m'expliquer les choses.

Buona la posizione, è facile trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze . Le camere molto grandi nuove e pulite, letti comodissimi. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione.

Buon soggiorno, tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato la mancanza di dotazioni nella camera per 3 persone, come da nostra prenotazione. Mancava un set di asciugamani, una tazza, caffè

The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower/sink area is small. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee, which we appreciated. The location was not great and you only have a strip of restaurants nearby and walking to the city center was far, so we drove and parked there, but the hotel area felt safe.

Un séjour qui a commencé avec une coupure d'eau le premier soir. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 48h. Une carte d'accès a la chambre qui se désactive chaque jour ... Pour le reste, l'hotel est confortable et propre. Le personnel bienveillant et agréable.

The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. But the bathroom and toilet are separated, but both are that cheap, all-in-one plastic room, it makes you feel like you are on a plane or a ferry. The bathroom is ok and the shower is powerful, although did leak into the main part of the bathroom, but It's really disappointing that the design of the bathroom and toilet (in particular) is so cheap in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is ok, very small pastries. You will definitely be hungry still if you do the express breakfast (1 coffee and 1 pastry for 5 euros). The staff were all great though. Location is good, right on the river and walking distance to the old town. I would probably stay again, but I would definitely look elsewhere first, purely down to the terrible bathroom and toilet (mainly the toilet) design.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, très bon accueil, la chambre très confortable et très bien situé pour rejoindre rapidement le centre .

Het hotel ligt aan een heel leuk stuk kade van de Seine met allerlei toffe eet tentjes.

Nice location close to the center.
