Rating & Review Keseluruhan Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bessemer

I would have appreciated fresh bath linen on the second day even if the room was not cleaned. (which I guess is now standard at Marriott)

I didn't like the coffee it didn't taste good & wasn't hot

It was nice and clean and the front desk clerk was nice. I wish they had more than 1 elevator though.

Vacinity to restaurants, ease of access to interstate, close to shopping.

Everything was amazing. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Different type of pillows and more water pressure was only thing not to my liking. All else was great! I usually bring my own pillow, but forgot it.

It’s always comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The Fairfield suites are nice and clean!

Family air conditioning unit stayed on 78 but the bedroom unit was on 68. Room smelled musty and dead bugs by the window and the floor. Great customer service and the breakfast was delicious.

I ended up at this hotel after coming to Bessemer for my father in laws funeral. I original was at the Hamilton Inn which turned out to be going through renovations and they didn’t advertise it. The Fairfield Inn will be my go to hotel whenever I’m in Alabama . It was very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly.. The Continental Breakfast was everything to me and my Family.. U smell the cleanliness as soon as u walk in the lobby.. I would recommend this hotel to my Family and friends. I’m very funny about where I stay.. They had an indoor pool , laundry room and a fitness center.. The location is also convent to shopping and food.. Sorry I didn’t take pictures..

It was noisy. We could hear conversations to the room next to ours. There was also a lot of stumping or hard walking in the room above ours. The front desk staff were very polite however, housekeeping attempted to come clean our room 3 hours before check out.

I moved and work on a conteact ao i booked this hotel nothing indicates they dont allow same state bookings but it was the attitide and rudeness alao the non caring peraom at front desk.

We were double charged at this Hotel. The night clerk said our card wasn’t processed when we checked in. So we paid twice. I addressed in the morning, and we were told they couldn’t do anything until the charges were not pending. I followed up in a few days and was assured it would be fixed. It was not. This is a kind of theft by deception. Additionally, there was mold in the Philly cheese at breakfast. The staff at breakfast was lovely though.
