Rating & Review Keseluruhan SpringHill Suites by Marriott Savannah I-95

Layout of room was nice and liked the sink separate from tub & toilet. It would have been nice to have the lotion & little qtip/cottonball packet most hotels now supply. Breakfast was tasty with variety of options. Enjoyed indoor pool & hot tub. Fire alarm while there & had to go outside - communication about what happened would have been helpful.

Nice stay

I was just fine, it met my expectations

I would've love to give it a 5 star, but honestly the breakfast was not good and the bathrooms in our rooms were dirty. Now the higher rating is because the staff was excellent.

Hot tub didn’t work it was freezing. There was hair all over our room. Breakfast lady was rude.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast spread was pretty bad. Waffle maker was not working. Coffee tasted terrible.

Needs new shower door in upstairs suite. No cell phone or other plugs by bed. Outlet on desk is worn out my cell phone charge block came out easily. Sofa needs a good scrub. Shower was so bad there were quickly two gallons of water on floor. Unacceptable and slippery.

It’s was a good stay

Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom, so I had to wipe it up myself, which was a pain.　If this can be improved, I had no other issues and was able to stay comfortably. I will use it again when I go to Savannah.

Very nice

It was a little worn out in places but our room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was good.

The room smelled like pot. The breakfast was not replenished at 9am. Still had 30 mins to serve! Front desk very friendly. Wanted a tray to bring coffee and breakfast up to the room they did not have. Vibe was not super friendly just average.

Great quick night on my travels north. Right off highway

Enjoyed my stay. There was trash still in room from previous guest. Also the lamp on the desk is a bit rusty. Also the hot tub was my main reason for booking and it was broken and disgusting with dirty water.

We loved everything from our stay, especially the amazing staff.

Property was clean, had all the amenities needed and a good breakfast in the morning. Beds were soft and comfortable.
