They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said anything about it - just handed me the paper with the charge on it. I would have been fine with the charge if I have been told ahead of time. My mom stayed at the hotel as well and did not get charged for parking.. so not sure how you can charge one guest and not another.

Overall our room was clean and comfortable, but a little bit on the worn side (we understand that the new owners are working hard to refurbish everything, they just hadn't got to our wing yet). The Spa is delightful, and the staff throughout the property are great. The only real downside to our stay was our experience with the dining room. We were told we wouldn't need a reservation (by the morning shift dining room staff), yet when we got to the dining room for dinner they said we should have had one, and the dining room was practically empty! There was 1 table of maybe a dozen, and 1 table of 2. After we rejected the suggestion that we eat in the lounge they seated us. Dinner was okay and the service was good, and when we left, there was still the big table and a new table of 2. It wasn't the worst of experiences, but it put a little sour note on our stay. We are planning to stay again, and would recommend the property.

Room was very clean and bright. Sadly this time I was not able to access the amenities, but plan to next time.

All staff was amazing. Front desk, valet and cleaning staff made the stay.

I always love staying at Temple Gardens. It’s very central, staff is. This time both the spa and the pool will close for Maintenance, however, I was just there overnight to break up a road trip. I highly recommend for a relaxing weekend with friends or family, or even a solo trip. This is one of my favorite spas to visit! I have had many services here, and every single one of them has been excellent.

Renovationen gehören zu jedem Gebäude/Geschäft. Jedoch sollte das bei der Buchung erwähnt werden, sowie wurde der Pool geschlossen, ein grosse Highlight des Hotels, wurde auch nicht erwähnt... nicht so schlimm, jedoch keine funktionierende WC Spülung? Trotz Zimmerwechsel? Bauarbeiter die mit ihren Stiefeln durch alle Gänge, den Schmutz verteilen. Laut und überall schmuddelig in den Gängen. War einfach schade und erschreckend, dass die Organisation der Renovation so schlecht geplant wurde. Sowie, hat sich nie jemand für all die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.

The pool was fantastic. The room was excellent. The casino was very clean and bright. Our stay overall was wonderful vows good we didn’t use the restaurant though we ate out.

I booked a room to take my sister to the spa for her birthday. The spa, the pool were closed. I understand renovations are a must for up keep. Expedia should have informed travellers when booking that the pool and spa were closed. Needless to say it wasn’t a very happy birthday. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me, I then asked her to take a minute and talk to a customer with more respect. She said “I can’t open the pool just for you. “

The room was clean and balcony had a great view of the park

We booked this hotel with the intention of enjoy the spa, but unfortunately Expedia did not tell us that the pool was under renovation, and was closed. We’re disappointed because of that. We checked in at the building across from the spa building. This side is little out dated. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable. But the sound proof of the rooms was not too sound proof., we can hear the people next door.
