stay second night on my way to north cascades NP, nice and clean

The room was spacious and clean. In my opinion, the furnishings and the bathroom were a little dated and could use a freshening up. Also the second floor window looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a little while. However, I will have no problem staying there again should the need arise.

For a Ma and Pa place, this was awesome.

Air conditioner was broken next room tv remote did not work wifi did not work. Told to use cell data. From Canada do not have US plan. No discount No towels at pool. All pool loungers were broken.

Toilet ran constantly and chain for flapper fell off repeatedly. Pink mold along bottom edge of shower curtain. Wifi was down - no internet. Tired, worn and completely random furnishings. Sofa was really the only nice piece. Window screens were full of holes. AC unit worked, but extremely noisy. Bed was comfortable.

Older hotel but it is clean within a reasonable distance of the north cascades

Only there for one night. Check in was easy, nice rooms. Good location for our needs.

Room was never cleaned. Didn’t have conditioner. Lady checking us in was not friendly at all. To open the door I had to use extra leverage from the outside.

This place is pretty run down and the room was not as clean as it should have been. I also didn't appreciate the blue stripe American flag hanging right above my room. Just why?

The property is poorly maintained, and it was disappointing. The Wifi was inoperative for the duration of our stay, which was cut short owing to a dispute about an article of furniture in the suite (a sofabed) which malfunctioned when deployed for sleeping. Management alleged that we had mistreated it by one of my 60-pound children jumping on it, but examination of the furniture showed that it had been repaired in an amateur fashion previously because of a similar problem. As threats of additional credit card charges loomed for repairs that basic maintenance could have prevented, the manager made it clear how much my children annoyed her, we felt unwelcome and feared additional issues, so we left after less than half of our stay. As the reservation offered no refunds, we had to pay the full stay's amount regardless. Lots of issues around the property. There was a balcony which sagged several inches. That's probably unsafe. The pool was a deep shade of green and was closed I was told because it was off season (in June). The siding on the building was warped, and bulging in places, and the paint was peeling. Inside the room, there was a slight musty odor, and there were places where the drywall was patched with questionable competence. Much of the furniture showed visible wear, and the master bedroom door inside the suite had a device over the door which looked like it was part of some sort of alarm at one time. Too many issues to mention, so let the pictures tell the tale...

Sheets and towels were dirty! Had to ask for a replacement and they made us come get them… no second lock, just door lock

Not recommended! The room was unclean, very old, and worn out. They advertised free Wi-Fi at the time of booking, but it didn’t work during my stay. It's not fair! :(

Clean and quiet.

stained sheets, even the replacement sheets were stained, this included the pillow cases, pillow's and mattress. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy clean sheets for my stay. I also left early because of this and the hotel refused to refund the night I didn't stay. The staff was friendly and tried their best, I have no issue with the staff. Also, the toilet never stopped flushing. The management needs to improve.

Room was old but spacious with microwave and fridge. Shower was pretty good. Price was cheap but no wifi the night I stayed.
