Bon et agréable hôtel. Mais il manque des petites choses: pas de gobelet pour brosser les dents, pas de bouchon pour le lavabo afin de créer un basin d’eau pour se raser au lieu de laisser couler l’eau. Et bien sûr: la qualité inférieure du papier toilette (comme dans tous les hôtels).

This hotel is perfect for a budget stay which is exactly what we wanted it for. A good basic breakfast was provided for us and the children which is what we would expect for the price paid for the stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They were all very kind especially to my children. The hotel was clean and we had a good sleep. The main attractions of Athens are not what I would say were walkable especially in July with the heat. It was about £5 in an Uber to the Acropolis which for what we saved on the hotel stay price was well worth it.

Nice place to stay for what was paid. But the company need to update their photos because those photos don’t match the building nor rooms. It’s an old style room with a key to unlock the door versus a more modern key card. Breakfast was basic and the same each day.

Very kind and helpful staff. I appreciated that I could store my luggage here. However the hotel did seem a bit run down, and my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke through my entire stay.

This hotel needs some love. The room requires a good cleanup, paint the walls and check the AC unit that seems to have mold in it. I reserved this hotel because it had a bar, as a solo traveller sometimes it’s safer to have a drink at the bar but it closes at 4:00 PM. I would recommend updating the website. Luckily the staff was incredible, the young woman at the reception Kyria (i think)helped me with bus information since taxis were on strike the morning I was leaving. Thanks

Dans la chambre le lit est trop mou . La douche est trop petite une personne de grosse corpulence ne pourrait pas entrer dans la douche. Le personnel est courtois et aidant. Il n y a pas de coffre dans les chambres. Le frigo est tres utile . Peu de restaurants avec nourriture continentale pres de l hotel. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées.

Excellent service ! Le personnel à l'accueil nous a donné plein de conseils, ils sont très aimables et toujours disponibles. Notre chambre était très calme et confortable. Le quartier n'est pas vraiment touristique mais il y a pas loin une rue piétonne avec des restaurants et un parc et le métro est à 10 min à pied. Le petit déjeuner buffet est plus que suffisant. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

The room was large and comfortable. The shower cubicle is large enough for a ten year old, or a VERY anorexic ramp model. No normal person can have any hope of washing properly in it. Breakfast was pathetic - no butter, only margarine, and the coffee was weaker than my granny. Small selection of food compared to all the other hotels we stayed in during our trip, including the 1- and 2-star hotels we visited. No hot food except for some boiled eggs. The neighbourhood seems a little sketchy. By far the worst hotel we stayed in during our three week trip across Greece, well below the standard of all the other hotels.

Chambre et petit déjeuner correct. Personnels très gentils. Petit plus avec l'arrêt de bus (3, 5 et 11) juste à côté de l'hôtel et un café pour boire un vrai bon café car celui du petit déjeuner n'est pas vraiment du café !

Hotel im schlechten Zustand, kleines 2 Personen Zimmer im 2. Stock, nur eine Decke für 2 Personen, 1 Nachttisch, 1 Stuhl innen, 1 Stuhl auf Minibalkon, der nach hinten zum Hof raus, trotzt 2 Stock ebenerdig zu Nachbarhaus, Handwerker nebenan, offene Leitungen überall, Gerüst am Haus, Frühstück keine 3 Euro wert, Weißbrot zum toasten, eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Wurst, 3 Tage das selbe, 2 Sorten Marmelade, 1 x Honig, 2 Sorten Müsli, keine Gurken oder Tomaten, aber harte Eier. Die Bar ist abends geschlossen man kann aber an der Rezeption Getränke kaufen und im Frühstücksraum oder auf Minibalkon zu sich nehmen, überhaupt nich zu empfehlen, die Angestellten versuchen freundlich zu helfen, auf Grund von Verständigungsproblemen aber müßig. Bin sehr enttäuscht !!

Det var mycket rent, trevlig personal som fanns alltid till hands på receceptionen! Frukosten var usel,var tvungen att köpa bröd själv utifrån hotellet!

Das Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war simpel dennoch ausreichend und man wurde immer freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen.

Déjà la deuxième fois dqns cet hôtel. Toujours aussi bien. On a même changé les lits. un bon investissement.

I booked and payed for the hotel for my Greek girlfriend who had to stay by a few days In Athens. I picked this hotel sight unscene due to my girlfriend wanting a room with a bathtub. My girlfriend after checking in could only stay there for a day and a half because she felt very unsafe and had to flee the hotel in the middle of the night. She called me (I am in the states) frantic and hysterically crying telling me she feared for her life at the hotel. She ended up not going back to the hotel and checked in to another one where she felt safe. I had her go and get her clothes with a friend a day and a half later. I contacted Expedia for a partial refund and was refused. They told me it was up to the hotel and they didn’t care that I bought the trip insurance through them in case of any issues. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they are doing an investigation. The bottom line is this; if you purchase a product from Expedia, be it airline, train rental car and accommodations, especially if you are traveling outside your home country you will not receive any type of refund. If you have any issues that can cause a disruption of your trip, be to lose the money you paid up front to Expedia. I know it will rarely happen and but I just want to warn everyone that they will not help you in anyway. I could not talk to anyone. All of my comms had to go through a chat window and if you contacted them vice Expedia contacting you their “investigation” process starts over.

staff was wonderful, eager to please..hotel was very clean. limited option for breakfast, same thing everyday.need lots of improvement in this area..very convenient for transportation ( taxi) a little far form most attractions.. overall very clean and updated hotel.

The hotel room was as shown in pictures when booking but unfortunately there was no heat during the night whereby you had to wrap up when going to bed. After housekeeping had been they would leave the window/door open which when you have been out for the whole day coming back to a cold room did not sit well. When asked about why there was no heating they said there was a problem and something about room being at the back of the hotel - this needs to get fixed.

Everything was perfect!!!
