Personel çok ilgili, bilgili ve nazik. Özellikle karşılama-resepsiyon, konukla ilk iletişimi kuran birim olarak çok başarılıydı.

Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally.

Room was spotless and staff were all polite and friendly. This was the third time staying at Grand Azure, and we look forward to stay in this hotel again.

We were disappointed with our room as from the moment we walked in, we smelt smoke. We complained immediately and the only solution was to have the room sprayed with chemicals. We complained the following day after having left the windows opened all day but no effort was made to change our room. We discovered the guests in the room below were chain smokers and smoked from 7.30am. We resented paying for a holiday when we were having to bear with others smoking. Maybe you should have a policy of placing smokers in one section of the hotel to not disturb non smokers. Apart from that we were happy with the food, setting, spa and service,

This was our second stay in this hotel for a family vacation with my sister and parents. First and foremost, I’d like to thank Ruth who was very helpful when my mother needed doctor’s attention and in general is such a great person taking care of guests. Overall, we have only positive feelings about everything: the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is very diverse and delicious, including vegan options, the beach is clean and beautiful, the territory of the hotel is full of amazing plants and looks amazing. The hotel is also home to many wonderful cats that are well taken care of. There is an entertainment program everyday including sports, games and events. While, I must admit, this year there were some bad singers there. The Golden Tones, Dream Girls and acrobats are great though! The music cuts at 23:00. The bars close at 00:00. The gym has everything you need to keep your fitness level in check. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be coming back next year!

Everything looked promising at first, but I was very disappointed with both the room size and the reception service. We booked a limited sea view room for 2 nights and then upgraded to an unlimited sea view for 3 nights. Shockingly, the so-called “unlimited sea view” room was half the size of the limited view room and actually offered less of a sea view. When I raised this at reception, the staff member was dismissive and instead of resolving the issue, tried to upsell me to an even more expensive room. Paying more to receive less—and then being treated poorly when pointing it out—made the whole experience frustrating and not worth the money. Definitely not what I expected, and overall a bad experience.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst . Das Zimmer, das Essen der Strand das Personal einfach alles . Werden sicher wieder dorthin gehen.

Beautiful property layout with one of the best beaches. Central location ideal for walk/bike in either direction along beachfront. Food options are impressive and fresh.

The amenities and the food were both excellent. Plenty of activities and things to do for both kids and adults in this resort.The food and drink options were wide and wonderful.

Güzel bir tatil geçirdik otel gerçekten mükemmel çalışanları da başla resepsiyondaki Mehmet bey ve kat hizmetlerindeki Hatice hanım çok ilgiliydi. Havuz viraz küçük ama meukemmel deniz varjen ihtiyaç duymadık.

The property was very good, and we were happy to stay there. Staff members were very professional and friendly. It was in the city but it was safe and happy to go back again.
