The beds were broken and the ac was broken. We even asked to move rooms after they 'fixed' it and they said no.

Reasonable price, clean, comfortable room. TV remote has not Guide and that was a bit irritating but no really important to the over all stay since rest was the object. Breakfast was good.

Ideal location everything was was within 6 minutes away

There were dogs on our floor they bark through the night and in the morning.They was no remote for Tv in the room.I had call the front desk to brings us one.

When we went into the room we noticed it was not properly cleaned. The restroom had hair all under the sink, the tub was dirty, there was a grape under the chair, and the sheets were stained. When we checked in I received a text message from the property welcoming us and to text the number with any issues. I texted all of the issues with no response. When I spoke to front desk they said they only clean the rooms every 3 days. I told them all the issues and the grape is still there. I’m pretty positive the grape will be there a very long time.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the room felt damp inside. Everything had a dampness about it, breakfast was okay. Parking situation was a bit cramped, lines are not very visible and it was very tight. This morning when checking out I did notice 2 trucks had been broken into and police were on the property. I paid extra for a higher room and was on the 4th floor with the outside light shining right into our window.

Affordable and good quality stay in San Antonio! Great breakfast, too!

Spacious room, great beds. The room could have been a bit cleaner but beyond that not a bad place to stay once.

Everything was great,breakfast was good, my room was clean and nice and cold. There was an elevator problem but looks like they fixed it right away.

The hotel was great, clean, quiet good breakfast. I do think they need to upgrate their shampoo and conditioner to mount in wall bigger bottles. I stay with my 3 girls all with long hair and I didn't packed ours. Most hotels are putting big bottles already is time to upgrate.

I checked in on Sunday 7/13 and was supposed to get housekeeping during the week. That never happened. I had to go to the fromt desk and ask for towels, new sheets and trash removal. The woman at the fromt desk was rude and said it was done . I told her it wasnt because i was using the same towel until wednesday night and trash is piling up. She still didnt believe me and told me if i want new sheets i needed to bring her the one from the bed for an exchange. I told her that is not my job and i was not going back to the room to get it. She was rude and seemed annoyed. She then went in the back room and got me a sheet to change myself

No room cleaning for 3 days . No extra towels

A fortress of a building that needs a deep cleaning, but comparale for the price. Parking lot not well-maintained as broken glass in the lot for days I stayed there.

Todo el proceso de separación y check in, todo bien, la habitación en todo momento olía a humedad, no funcionaba el extractor de aire de la habitación ni la caja de seguridad, las toallas que llevamos no se secaban, “limpian” la habitación cada 3er día, dejábamos la puerta abierta para que mejorara el olor de la habitación, la verdad no estuvo agradable la estancia, elegiremos otra opción en un futuro.

We loved our stay as soon as we walked in everyone was nice we were greeted and felt welcomed. The room was nice, fresh, and clean. The night before we left our truck was broken into, the window to our truck was broken. It would be nice if there would have security walking around not only cameras. Never thought that would happen to us in a nice decent looking area.

What i didnt like is that the staff didnt advise me of all the daily crime that happens every night. My truck was broken into.

Great location for my purpose of being there. Employees all helpful and nice.
