Great Hotel

Some rooms dont have fridges or microwaves. However, the staff store any food you need refrigerated. Over all the hotel was great! Loved the hottub!

The room was very big. The hot tub was amazing!

Hot tub is the reason we stayed

This hotel is very well maintained, very clean and wonderful staff. The beds were incredibly hard so we only stayed one night of our two night stay. We brought our two small children which we feel would have been better if they were older. We were unaware of the option for a fridge in our room, so not having a fridge made it difficult to keep milk cold for the baby. Maybe a little more research on our part would have helped. Would be a nice couples hotel. Keep in mind Banff is also very expensive

Lovely place

Beautiful hot tub area, spacious, clean 1 bedroom suite, friendly, helpful staff. Daily maid service was appreciated. Chili’s restaurant on site was good with very friendly servers. My only complaint is the thin bedding/comforters, and the slightly firm/uncomfortable beds. I did not sleep very well.

The hot pool was great The place was dated and not well maintained We were not offered the bus passes or breakfast vouchers as we were entitled

It is a delightful place to enjoy a getaway to Banff, close to the downtown, free transit to avoid limited downtown parking, within walking distance if desired. Rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet with ample conveniences. An on site Chili’s restaurant had excellent food, service and extended hours. A grotto styled spa was very relaxing with fresh air through a ceiling opening - towels, lockers, washroom and change facilities, gym equipment attached.

Check in was excellent great staff! Beds way too small for a suite and broken lights and items throughout more maintenance needed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We are def coming back. The sauna was delish too. Staff was great and the room was soooooo comfortable. Shoutout to the body wash they have… all the soaps and lotions provided in the suite were exquisite. Also super close to everything.

Nice place to stay and great location. Only gave 4 stars because the hot pool water could have been cleaner. Otherwise really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Our 1st time staying here. Awesome place , so happy we stayed here . Love Chillies restaurant. Hot tub is amazing. Our king suite was great Front staff Ken was fantastic at check in , very helpful and we will definitely stay here again.

Hot tub is beautiful, close proximity to town - have stayed here a couple times now & will continue to return! Must stay!
