Apparently you can borrow towels, but when we came early, and went to the beach while they got the room ready, they said nothing. We paid €50 for 2 towels at the overpriced shop outside the hotel. They want to be 5 stars but are not. Small room, don’t know why it’s called «superior». It had blod/mucus spots on the walls. The view is great, the breakfast is crap. French toast was more like crackers, and the bacon was unevenly cooked. Eggs too raw, and overall the brealfast felt cheap. At almost €300 per night, I was disappointed to say the least.

Ontbijt is goed. Wel erg druk. Mensen leggen handdoek neer bij zwembad, al vroeg in de ochtend en zijn vervolgens uren lang niet bij het zwembad. Als je vraagt om een latere checkout dan 10 uur, is dat 20€ per uur.

Iso hotellikompleksi. Vaikka oli hetkittäin töynnä kaikki huoneet hotellissa tilaa tuntui riittävän. Kivat rannat vieressä. Ehdoton plussa tässä Mlinin hotellissa on mahdollisuus kulkea vuoroveneellä rannikkoa pitkin hotellialueen vierestä suoraan Dubrovnikin vanhaan kaupunkiin tai Cavtatiin. Laivat kulkee tiheään ja välttää vuokra-auton tarpeen tai järjettömien taksihintojeb kanssa ihmettelyn. Ollaan yövytty saman kompleksin hotelleissa jo useamman kerran. Jos et hae luksusta vaan rauhallista oleilua ja tekemistä eri ikäisille sekä säädyllisen hintaista ruokaa ravintoloissa suosittelen.

Beautiful facility and friendly stuff

Fint familjehotell med bra pool och frukost. Ingen bar direkt vid poolen så man fick gå en liten sväng om man ville ha kall dricka. Fin strand jämte hotellet, stenigt men gick att bada utan badskor.

Well organized staff giving a good service to the guests. Excellent buffet breakfast with a choice of healthy food.

This property was amazing and very convenient to get into the city. The place was always clean.

Upea hotelli uima-altoineen merenrannalla. Loistava aamupala. Illallinen oli positiivinen yllätys, ja laatuhintasuhde kohdillaan. Ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu.

Unbelievable view balcony window overlooking the bay and islands. Desk staff was very helpful in getting a taxi to the airport.

Rommet var greit, men veldig dårlig lydisolert – man hørte alt fra naboene. Maten var veldig dårlig, det samme hver dag og ofte kald. Personalet var veldig hyggelig, og stedet var sjarmerende, men jeg kommer ikke tilbake.

Ganz tolle Lage, nah zu Dubrovnik aber schön ruhig in Mlini, mit Fähre 30 Min. in die Stadt. Gute Restaurants, sonst wenig los im Dorf aber genau das suchte ich. Ich würde dem Hotel 4 statt 3 Sterne geben, war alles gut. Trotz Größe merkt man es nicht so. Schöner Pool.

Beautiful location, rooms were a little on the small side and with only limited storage for a week away. Breakfast was good - regularly filled up and lots of choice. Pool areas was nice and although we never had a problem getting 4 chairs together later in the day I did see others struggling and imagine it can get quite busy in peak season. Fantastic staff and facilities in kids club. Ate at beach bar and pizza restaurant that are part of the hotel and both were excellent. Cleaning staff were good and efficient. Main lobby bar was a bit souless. Very well geared up for kids. I would definitely go back to this resort and hotel. I last visited Dubrovnik area 20 years ago and whilst it is a beautiful place - I think Game of Thrones and too many cruise passengers disembarking has spoiled the atmosphere. It is very expensive.

The check in concierge was very helpful and upgraded us to a better room. He also organised a taxi for our very early morning departure.
