I had a guy next door screaming and throwing things around, sounded like he was destroying EVERYTHING, he didn't even get the cops or anything called on him. I was there to check up on my sick dad that lives in Kerriville and couldn't even get some SLEEP!!!!!!!!!

No amenities, flies, very dirty property, no elevator, unfriendly front desk

Strong smell of smoke in the rooms

The room was clean and bed was fine. The furnishure is old but the bed had a good blanket. I would have given it a 4 star but the room smelled like someone had smoked in there even though there was a sign of No smoking allowed.

Half the lights didn’t work, the TV was fuzzy, there was not soap or shampoo provided, paid $260 for 2 days. Way overpriced.

Been stopping in Kerrville for 50 years. Have tried most hotels in the town. Would not stay here again. Sorry I disturbed the front desk (from her personal phone call) to check in. The bathroom vent system is interconnected between rooms so the guy next door smoking 3 packs a day makes whole room smell like cigarettes. Old place that needs torn down.

Good location and price

When I got there the front desk guy was super friendly. And the service was quick n fast. So I went to my room, and found it to be super clean!! I enjoyed my stay very much!!
