Can't recommend. I booked wrong dates by mistake and I noticed it straight away. tried to change those to the correct ones but the correct dates were fully booked. They answered that they are not returning the money back. Really bad service from the hotel and shortsighted as well. Guess am I going to book from this hotel another time? I know it was my fault booking the wrong time but hotel could be a bit flexible and think about customer experience and customer relationship over shortsighted money they received from not having anyone in those rooms I booked. There should be a possibility to return the money if I notice that enough early. Now it was a couple hours from the booking.

Rara vez dejo opiniones negativas, pero considero que la actitud del recepcionista merece ser mencionada. Tuve un problema con mi aplicación de taxi y le pedí ayuda para solicitar uno. Es cierto que tuve que cancelar una primera petición porque parecía que la aplicación volvía a funcionar. Sin embargo, pocos minutos después el problema regresó y le pedí nuevamente su ayuda. Fue entonces cuando su comportamiento me pareció totalmente inapropiado. Me respondió de forma desagradable, diciéndome que sería “la última vez” y que “no tenía solo eso que hacer”. Considero que ayudar a un huésped a pedir un taxi es una asistencia básica que puede esperarse de la recepción de un hotel. Lo que más me sorprendió fue que apenas cinco minutos después lo vi fuera del hotel fumando un cigarrillo. Por ello, la impresión que me quedó no fue la de una falta de tiempo, sino la de una falta de amabilidad y consideración hacia el cliente. El hotel en sí es correcto, pero la calidad de la atención al cliente forma parte esencial de la experiencia. Lamentablemente, en este aspecto, mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

There was a problem with the water temperature in the bathroom. It was changing from freezing cold to super hot itself. It was also so noisy even at nighttime. I have received two anonymous phone calls at around 12:30 am via the cable phone in my room.

Stayed at Hotel Pax several times now driving south, never disappointed. Plenty of free parking on site, rooms spotless, bedding & towels fresh & clean, in very quiet location. Staff are excellent, always friendly & helpful, English speaking. Breakfast cannot be faulted, unlimited fresh quality produce. No bar available but there is a nearby Mercadona Supermarket for a bottle of wine or two. We highly recommend Hotel Pax.

Room cleaned to perfection but overall interior is quite tired. Plenty of parking, good night' sleep, good value breakfast. Will stay again if will be around.
