Great staff in the dining room, housekeeping and pool. Room, hotel and pool were clean. Kids activities seemed quite exceptional and that staff deserves heaps of praise. Beach access was great and very pleasant to look at. However, many broken chairs on the beach for guest use. Lots of activities if you want to get involved in those. Food was bland, not many vegetarian options, repetitive, and dairy is something all-together different here. Drinks were good, small pool cups, limited drink menu but overall good. Lots of snack options between meals and late night. WiFi was extremely limited. Small extra fee for gym use. Tennis court in disrepair. No room or dining room AC some months like May. No WiFi at pool, dining area, in front of the hotel, tennis court, beach area, in our hotel room, but did work in limited areas of the lobby. This caused some difficulty setting up airport transfers, checking out local attractions etc. For the price we were happy but would likely go to another place next time.

It is my 4`time at Palm Marina. Top staff,food and drinks. But the internet is not good.

Dans l'ensemble un séjour agréable ,sauf qu'il faut améliorer la nourriture et l'animation.

la chambre etait propre, attribuée rapidement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. hotel plutôt bien situé. Buffet du restaurant plutôt correct et proposant un large choix, personnel tres accueillant et respectueux. seuls bémol : les draps pour le 3eme couchage, nous avons dû nous rendre 4 fois à l'accueil afin d'en obtenir. Nous les avons enfin eu à 22h passé. Mon fils été très fatigué. Et le restaurant où il faut faire la queue pour chaque plat que ce soit le matin pour le petit déjeuner ou pour les autres repas. Je précise que le buffet est composé d'autres plats ou nous pouvons nous servir directement pour ne pas être de mauvaise fois mais faire la queue pendant 20min pour des brochettes, 15min pour une omelettes...quand on est une famille, c'est trop contraignant. peut-être embaucher davantage... En tout cas dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé.

The hotel is has amazing pool and sea views . The rooms are spacious and tidy . All staff are friendly and welcoming.

A minor problem at check in, as staff member clearly wanted to go home and so had no interest to assist our additional questions. Remainder of stay very good. In a suite which was large, clean but looking tired. great view of the pool and sea. All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks. Many staff around pool to assist with drinks. Evening dining we used the specialty meals. Meals lovely on the 3 days we stayed. Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance. Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning.

Initial room we stayed in was nit up to standard, part of the balcony door broke off when my wife opened it and it hit her, they gave us 2 singles beds, when we specifically asked for and paid for a king bed, the 2nd day they changed our room to what we paid for, much better overall, lovely sight from balcony, beach and pool were lovely with loads of activities, only 1 other isshe was they forgot to clean our room one of the days even though we had the tag on the handle asking them to clean it, food from the buffet was on the blander side, but the a la carte restaurant meals in the hotel were nice

Rooms are dated but clean , an extension lead is a good idea as not many plug sockets in the rooms . Staff are very friendly and helpful

This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk.

Most things in are not working TV was not working, fridge was not working,phone was not working,intercom was not working,shower was not working had only hot water because the tap was broken,very cheap bed frame, some of the hotel staff were very rude to my wife. Food was good But it was really bad experience for my family.

Great hotel.. Clean, friendly and great food choices . The rooms can do with updating, but they are clean and the air con is brilliant !.

Unacceptable to put only 1/2 waiter to serve at the pool bar and only 1 waiter/cook to provied sandwiches and pancakes and donuts. With hundreds of people always big queue.
