Everything from the airport pick up to checkout was bad.
Staff was rude over the phone and never specified what time the transportation would arrive, we waited outside 30 mins before the shuttle showed up, called multiple times to ask for ETA.
Checking in was the absolute worst, there was a line of 8-9 people and only ONE person at the counter, they had a self check in tablet but it did not work so we were forced to wait in line to get our keys. It was probably 30 whole mins standing until we were able to get our key, mind you I had already filled out all forms and signed all documents.
We reserved a double room, it was TINY to say the least, very tight space to even walk in, sheets looked not properly cleaned and very stiff not warm at all.
Shower floor was slimy as if it had not been cleaned, felt disgusting to take a shower, hairdryer fell off the wall since it was not well attached.
Breakfast was just ok, there were flies over the fruit, juice tasted extremely artificial and sweet, everything was just below average expectations.
Checkout was faster since there were no people at the counter but there is always just one person at the front.
Overall this experience was terrible.
