Abgewohntes Hotel - renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer! Preis- Leistung sehr schlecht! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Parking was a little challenging but worked out nicely when it was fully explained.

The staff were kind and the place was clean. However, the aircon didn't work properly in our room which meant we didn't sleep well at all due to the heat. Also, the bathroom door in our deluxe room seemed to be old cabinet doors and did not close properly. Not really the standard I would expect from a 4*

Lovely hotel right in the city centre so easy to pop back to hotel during the day if you’re out and about in the city. Lovely clean rooms, quiet (we were on 3rd floor , superior room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the front of hotel) mini bar and safe in room and tea and coffee which was replenished each day after cleaning. Lovely bathroom and walk in shower, toothbrush, and other toiletries provided. Hotel staff really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend a stay here. We didn’t eat in hotel as prefer to try breakfast etc in local places in the city.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Wir konnten praktisch alles zu Fuss unternehmen. Trotzdem haben wir aber Velos gemietet, einfach weil es praktisch isch. Das Hotel hat welche zur Verfügung und es lohnt sich definitiv. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, das Frühstück sehr fein und die Angestellten äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, falls ich in Zukunft wiederkomme.

It is a nice hotel in great location with courteous and helpful staff. Was slightly mislead by the pictures of the upgrade room we chose. We thought we were getting a really large room with a canopy bed. Instead we got a small room with a large outside terrace. The terrace was a little shabby and could use a little love but it was a nice place to sit in the fantastic weather we had. The room overall was a little dated as was the lobby but it is a solid 4 star hotel. The other great thing about this hotel was you could pay for a late checkout. For 11 euros each additional hour. This was incredible and really made our stay!

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered healthy and fresh options. The only downside for us was the parking. The hotel uses a car elevator, and our vehicle was too large to fit. If you are bringing an SUV or a bigger car, I recommend confirming the size limits in advance. That said, there is a public parking garage about a 2 minute drive from the hotel, which worked fine for us. Overall, a great hotel with a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

L'établissement est vieillissant. Les chambres côté route sont bruyantes. Le personnel d'accueil est agréable et serviable. Il y a d'autres hôtels 4* à Valencia qui sont nettement mieux.
