We were tired from traveling back to Texas all day, our 10# Maltese with us. We had a bad hotel experience in Mobile so we're unsure what to expect. This hotel greeted us with warmth and luxury, and a perfect place for taking our pup out. Extended hot buffet breakfast gave us a good start. We will always stay here if passing through Ruston, La.

Room was very clean and comfortable. However, because it rained and I got very wet getting from my parking space into the hotel, I sure did miss having a hair dryer. I thought hotels always provided them. Checked the bathroom and every drawer and did not find one.

There needs to be a bigger sign for turning into the property on Roberta. The sign takes you back to I20 west and have to go a few miles to turn around.

Everything with the hotel was good including the breakfast. My one complaint is we had a room next to the highway and the noise is not blocked out very well. Of course once you’re asleep it doesn’t bother you but if a light sleeper don’t get a room next to the highway

Excellent service. I was impressed with the cleanliness in its entirety. Rooms, bedding, bathroom, dining area, lobby were all clean.

I didn't spend much time at the hotel but this is my third stay in Ruston and third hotel. I'll stay here again.
