The facilities, cleaning, rooms are excellent. However, the service in restaurant for breakfast is slow. You have to wait some times more than 15 minutes to receive your coffee. I think they should have available black coffee to refill your cup and not have to wait a huge time again for a coffee refill.

Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy.

O hotel está antigo, o ralo do banheiro não funcionava. No restaurante, estrelado, veio uma larva na salada um dia e no outro um cabelo. Terrível. Os funcionários muito grosseiros e nada prestativo.

Very nice luxury hotel in Munich. Room is well equipped, clean and spacious. Staffs have excellent service mind and ready to assist at any time. Location is very good, near main train station. Breakfast buffet is quite small but you can order hot dish from menu. This hotel hosts 2 Michelin starred restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, great location walkable to center of city and nice terrace restaurant. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Amazing room and very attentive staff.

Staff was amazing. Our waitress at the hotel restaurant made sure our daughter had a fruit/bread plate waiting for us the morning we left. Everyone was courteous and made sure our time in Munich went perfectly.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal.***** Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und bieten höchsten Komfort. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einfach traumhaft. Auch die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in München ist ideal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

La habitación muy limpia y bonita, el personal encantador, la vista magnífica. El único detalle fue que la calefacción no funcionó bien, y tuvimos que pedir un calentador de torre.
