This was such a nice surprise. It's a boutique hotel with affordable pricing. The location is great. One street off the drag, and comfortable walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. There are two (2) WeGo bus stops within a 5 minute walk. The staff are fabulous...helpful and professional. The suite was spacious and so clean. The jacuzzi was a nice treat after so much walking. Breakfast in bed is 10-stars (but you must like their selection). Let me talk about the restaurant. We were so hesitant about eating in a hotel basement....I regret we waited until the last night to eat there. It's niche and the chef is borderline Michelin star worthy.

Front desk were warm and welcoming. Got a room upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and was very good. Very convenient to shops, restaurants, and activities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our king bed room had ample room to move around and two luggage racks and a wardrobe to hang our clothes. The steam shower has a rainwater head plus 3 wall jets and a provided steam shower puck. Checkin was efficient and friendly. The breakfast in bed was adequate, but no choice as far as the menu. We received 2 hard boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee, 2croissants and jelly, yogurt/granola.
