Really nice independent hotel. The on-site restaurant does a really good breakfast buffet in the morning and the pub food through the rest of the day is very tasty as well at a good price. The room was clean and spacious.

Carpet less floors loud and cheap; likely for pets, some of which were barking when left unattended in rooms; cheap and poor quality hair dryer, single shower curtain leaked water; no in-room safe; automatic hotel sliding entrance doors would be helpful; hotel could use some practical upgrades. Staff were friendly.

Very polite and helpful staff

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. When we first checked in, the room was not properly cleaned, which resulted in us having to request and move to another room. Staff did assist with the room change, but it was frustrating to deal with after arriving. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail from the hotel.

The staff were wonderful - everyone so helpful and professional- great location - near tons of restaurants and stores - the restaurant on site was great for gathering with all of our friends and family.

Great hotel, we keep on coming back to it when we stay in the area. Rooms are updated and clean, and bar/restaurant downstairs is nice.

Place is very nice and the only thing I wasn’t to happy about was the breakfast in the restaurant At 10 am there wasn’t much food left in the hot plate, we asked the waitress if there was more food coming out and her response was Oh we told the chef sarcastically

Wonderful experience. We were there because our son was getting married. They upgraded us and gave us breakfast. They went above and beyond and the customer service was fantastic.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful with all our requests. Rivals any chain hotel for a lower price.

Close to shops and highways

The room was comfortable and the location was close to where we wanted to be.

Hallways had not been vacuumed, with bits of paper and old popcorn strewn in several places. Room had not been swept, paper and popcorn on the floor. Bathtub drain was broken and the sink drain is partially clogged and drains very slowly.

The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms had flooring instead of rugs. We prferred this. Breakfast was $13 and well worth it.
