Loistava sijainti.

Room was clean, housekeeping very good, but shower cubicle too small (room 112), cant speak for any other room. This room is also above the bar which plays music in the evenings, so bear that in mind if you are allocated it. Could do with better placement of one of the two plug sockets in this room. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold selections. We found the luggage storage very handy. This hotel is located off a steep hill, but more the bottom end of the hill, bear that in mind if you have difficulty walking up hill, albeit it it is a very short distance up hill to walk, but failing that you can always get a taxi to the door. Location to transport modes, shops and restaurants was also excellent, all within 5 - 10 min walk. Overall satisfactory I would recommend this hotel and stay again, but in a different room. If I had a different room I may have rated it higher, but an alternative wasn't offered.

o café da manhã é otimo, o ambiente social do hotel é muito bom, a localização perfeita ... só o quarto que é muito pequeno, precisa de reforma e o banheiro é minusculo. Fiquei apenas uma noite, optei por trocar de hotel para ficar os cinco dias seguintes.

Bu otelde 3.kalışımız. Otelin temizliği, calısanların yardımseverliği ve otel konumu cok güzel. Sorun olunca hemen ilgileniyorlar. Yataklar cok rahat. Kahvaltı dahil değildi. Bir sabah kendileri ikram ettiler. Havaalanına erken gideceğimiz icin, o gün kullandık. Cok güzeldi. Tesekkürler.

Hotellet er placeret helt perfekt til at udforske Lisabon. Og supernemt med transport fra lufthavnen via Metro der stoppe tæt på hotellet. Personalet er venlige og smilende, morgenmad med fint varieret kontinental morgenmad og et stort udvalg af søde kager.

Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã com diversidade e qualidade. Todos os dias o Pastel de nata perfeito ! Primeiro período de hospedagem quarto gigante, mas no segundo ficamos num quarto muito pequeno. Atendimento na recepção com muita prestatividade.

Despite the impression given on the website, this is a very old hotel that feels far from “renovated.” The entire atmosphere comes across as overly pretentious, but without the quality or comfort to justify it. The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—the filling was broken into so many pieces that it felt like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The air conditioning unit was extremely old and noisy, making it difficult to rest. The bathroom also had several issues: the air ducts in the partition clearly need urgent repair, and after every shower the floor was left completely flooded. For the extremely high price charged, this hotel does not deliver in any way. Between the outdated facilities, uncomfortable rooms, and inflated sense of grandeur, I cannot recommend it. There are far better options in Lisbon that offer genuine comfort and value—look elsewhere.

Muito boa experiência neste hotel. O staff é muito simpático e solicito. Recebi um welcome drink, água no quarto e 1 dia de café da manhã (que inclusive é excelente e muito variado) como cortesia. A localização é o ponto alto, sendo possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé. A rua é bastante silenciosa e só não dei 5 estrelas porque havia muito barulho no andar de cima, pois como o piso é de madeira, basta andarem no quarto acima do céu que se escuta muito. Outro aspecto não tão positivo é a área do chuveiro que é muito pequena. De resto, fantástico.

Muito boa, os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é farto e com muitas opções, além de ser muito gostoso. O quarto é confortável, único ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado que parava de funcionar em determinados momentos da madrugada.
