Starbucks onsite was great. The beds were hard and not comfortable at all! The pillows were flat and the bed comforters were thin. I was able to get extra pillows and comforters without any issues.

Check in did not take long at all. The location was excellent. There was a convenience store diagonal across the street. Restaurants and activities were everywhere. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Washer and dryer was in the room. The Spa’s were great. This is definitely a good place to bring a family. We enjoyed everyday here. It also has better reviews on Google than most resorts in the area. We could have just stayed here the whole time instead of exploring. The beach area was clean.

Very small and dirty room. No closet door. Poor room service and rude front desk staff. Pools are not clean so can’t event use them after paying all that money.

We stayed at Bay View Resort in Myrtle Beach for 4 days, and while the location right on the beach is definitely a plus, the experience overall left a lot to be desired. First, the cleanliness of the pools was disappointing. Some of the pools, especially the indoor ones, didn’t appear to be well-maintained. Also, while they advertise 6 different pools—which include a lazy river, toddler pool, hot tubs, and regular pools—only a few were actually enjoyable due to cleanliness and crowding. One of the biggest issues we faced was the paper-thin walls. Whatever happened in the next room, we could hear—unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors and barely got any sleep during our stay. We also encountered a plumbing problem in one of our rooms. Although maintenance was sent promptly, the plumber couldn't resolve the issue and we had to wait a whole day for a technician to finally fix it. In our second room, we requested towels multiple times (4-5 times to be exact), and only received fresh ones on Day 3—not ideal when staying in a resort by the beach where showers are frequent. Another major issue: the elevators. For such a large resort, only 4 elevators are available, and they are extremely slow. We often had to wait 10 minutes or more just to find one with enough space to get on. Overall, while the location is great, the service and room quality were not up to standard. For the price and the promise of a beachfront resort, we expected a lot more comfort and responsiveness.

Overall, it was terrible experience. Property is not well maintained. Elevators operations are extremely poor. Sometimes, we had a wait time of around 15 mins to get down from the 16th floor. Pool was lack of cleanliness. The location of this property was the only thing I like.

It was last minute because we switch hotels. But it was nice and it was oceanfront 2bedroom 2 bath

Our room needed updating. Very old decor including rust on some fixtures. TV in living room did not work. Finally it was replaced. Inside pool was closed on our last day. It was hard getting an elevator and one was not working. We had five in our room and front desk only gave us 4 towels when we went to request them. Front desk personnel not very friendly. I do not recommend this place.

5 Star all the way, safe, easy shopping near by and great restaurants with in walking distance of hotel. The Star Bucks at the entrance is a plus. The Bayview Resort is basically on the Boardwalk and a few steps from the Ocean beach water to jump right in. Kids love the lazy river, giant chess game, indoor out door pools and jacuzzis. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay again at this awesome resort.

Property lady manager was very rude with bad attitude to PAYING customers. Payment system was down with meant payment system down. Never apologized for her rude remarks once she realized it was a system error. Others were having the same issue. Our condo could’ve been cleaned better. There were rubber bands and blood spots on the sleeper sofa mattress. It needs to be replaced. Slept on springs. Microwave was dirty. Blender was dirty without a lid therefore we couldn’t use it, Almost 11pm at night the staff knocked on the door disturbing us about the payment system which had been down for days. We of course had the funds but the system we had no control over. Bathroom floor tile needs to be replaced it’s brown in certain spots. Living room tv stand was badly chipped. Checkout day so glad we packed the car the night before bc the Elevators were down!! People were out of breath going up having to stop for breaks. Especially having your room on the 16th floor. Elderly lady was struggling to make it down the street with help. Elevators were very slow stopping at almost every floor. Only 4 total in the building. AC in the building went out! Terrible experience. Only positive was the oceanfront view. We will never stay there again.

Room was great! There were a few things that we didn’t like about the room, nothing major though. The beds were hard, sheets didn’t fit beds (way too small), definitely don’t use the pullout sofa (you will feel nothing but springs). The balconies were great, bathrooms were great and updated, water pressure was awesome, kitchen area was great as well. My biggest complaint was the pool area. There were lots of people who you knew weren’t guest there and you could never enjoy yourself in the hot tubs or the lazy river. Front desk people were very nice and on point. We also noticed a lot of weed smell around and on the balconies of hotel and it says on the hotel absolutely no smoking or vaping.

The location was great. But, it went downhill from there. The pools were not clean. One our guest was stuck with a safety pin while in the pool. Elevator floors are wet and elevators are slow. Checking in and out was difficult. This building and unit was worn and old. Would not stay here again.

We stay in a room who possibly can communicates with another room by a door. The walls are so thin than we heard everything for the next room. And also the air system is commun. So when our neighbors cooks breakfast (honestly I don't know how, I suppose in the microwave) the smell was also in our room (bacon and sausage not so pleasant at 8h in the morning). The rest was perfect.

The rooms are dirty and out of date extremely dirty they're not clean very well at all Hotel staff was friendly and helpful other than the cleaning part elevators are kind of a pain in the butt and parking is across the street behind another hotel not that far to walk

Balcony view was the best! Hairs in the tub and coils coming up in the mattress were not.

Room smells humidity and rotten, I got a dirty Towel while it should be new .

Positive: The property was conveniently located to walkable locations. The Beds were very comfortable. Negative: The kitchen cleanliness needs to be better. Inside the cabinets where pots/pans dishes are stored were very dirty/greasy. The outside of cabinets were also dirty. The carpet is filthy and probably contributes to the weird odor the condo has. Although No Smoking is posted everywhere We could not sit on the balcony due to the VERY strong marijuana smell all around. Its real problem for this facility.

It was dirty. There was a weave on the balcony and inside on hallway. Tvs didnt work right. Windows were dirty. Linins had stains. The pull out couch mattress should’ve been replaced years ago. Not enough towels for a 6 person room. Elevators were dim. View was nice but overall like a cruddy motel.
