The hotel was very accessible, it surrounded a lot of key things such as transportation, supermarket and local restaurants. The hotel has a spa along with swimming pools, sauna and steam room. The room I chose was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a fridge and kitchen net stations. Staff were friendly,helpful especially the manager I will look to return.

Huge bed, nice clean rooms. Staff excellent and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Didn't eat in the hotel, but breakfasts were good, if rather busy (which shows it is a popular hotel). Would go back there again.

The hotel was in a great position, the food was excellent, both breakfast, buffet or in the talk of the town restaurant. I would be really happy to stay again. I had really good nights sleep, the beds and pillows were so comfortable.

Property team were excellent. I stayed here for 7 nights and staff along with service is excellent. Front desk staff are excellent and friendly. It was overall a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the AX Hotel for 4 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly at home. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the Valletta skyline—an absolute treat to wake up to each morning. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Italian dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The hotel’s location near the heart of Sliema is perfect for sightseeing, as it’s close to many major Malta attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the AX Palace Hotel offers excellent value for the cost, and the exceptional service makes you feel like part of the family. A special thanks to the reception staff for upgrading our room—it was such a kind gesture. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Valletta行き Ferry TerminalやBlue Lagoon行きフェリーの出るCirkwwaまでのバス222番バス停まで5分程度の距離。目の前に教会があり鐘がなる。とてもいい環境でした。 It is just 5minutes walk distance to Ferry terminal to Valletta and bus stop to Cirkwwa (Ferry port to Blue Lagoon). Good location but very quite. Nice hotel.

Zimmer in Ordnung, Dusche braucht Erneuerung (Dusche zum WC undicht), Personal sehr freundlich, Beim veganen Abendessen fanden wir eine Schnecke im Essen, Beim Frückstück jeden Tag selbes Angebot für veganer kaum geeignet, Ausblick vom Balkon zwar zum Meer aber nicht nach Valletta, zentral in Sliema gelegen Gesamteindruck entspricht eher 3 als 5 Sternen

Very nice & relaxing stay. Easy to check in & the receptionist’s were all very sweet & helpful. I got a massage at the spa which was great & informative. I would love to stay there again!!

The Saungweme's from 🇬🇧 AX The Palace was a really good choice for our stay in Malta. We booked the junior suite; the room was spacious clean and had all the amenities you'd expect in a 5 * hotel. We looked forward to getting back to the relaxing comfort of our room each day after spending the day exploring Malta. The bed was very comfortable; we had a balcony that stretched the length of our room with sea facing views. There is a concierge service and car parking available at the hotel at a small fee. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel each offering a different cuisine from around the world. The buffet options in The Tabloid restaurant were amazing and catered for different palettes. The attention to detail and service by the staff; from dining through to house keeping was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special mention to Front Office Manager Simba Mapfumo and Shivana, who added a personal touch to our stay making it even more special. They were knowledgeable and gave us some good tips and advise on places to visit. We will definitely be staying here again.

Jeg skadet meg på reisen til Malta, og hotellet var helt fantastiske. De gjorde de tilpasninger som var mulig og hjalp meg med det jeg trengte. Personalet var så vennlige og snille, jeg er utrolig takknemlig for behandlingen/ servicen jeg fikk i en sårbar situasjon.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Reichhaltige Auswahl.

From the moment we stepped into the AX palace the welcoming from the staff was A+. For Someone who has tried many Hotels, The AX Palace staff went above and beyond our expectations with their services. To mention there Names Especially The Front Desk Manager Simba as well as Shivani. The hotel is located in a very convenient place as it's a short walk from both the Ferry, and a variety of shops and places to eat, while also being in a fairly quiet. A big Shout out to Prem, Doma and Donilo and others from the TemptAsian Restaurant *A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION*.Amazing food. All we can say is See you very Soon and Definitely recommending The AX Palace. Wonderful Staycation from Room 649.

Bei der Buchung gab es Schwierigkeiten, da das gebuchte Frühstück nicht im System abgekommen ist. Man ließ es mich also zahlen und hat es mir im Nachhinein wieder gutgeschrieben. Zusätzlich war die Tür zu meinem Hotel kaputt und sämtliche Schüsselkarten haben nicht funktioniert. So saß ich dann eine Viertelstunde auf dem Boden vor dem Zimmer und hab auf den Techniker gewartet. Kann alles mal passieren, aber ich hätte bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, das man sich besser um mich als Gast kümmert.

The staff members here were so welcoming and kind. This hotel is beautiful and went above and beyond my expectations. It’s located in a very convenient location as it’s a short walk from both the ferry, and a variety of shops and places to eat, while also being in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. I even received a certificate on my birthday for a free cocktail for both myself and my husband.

A big hotel that has problems functioning becuse of its size. Good spacious room, but no ventilation in the spacious bathroom. Internet did not work well or not at all, nobody answered when we called the reseption. A hotel best for conferences. Swimmingpool and the restaurant on the roof are nice. Close to the ferry and restaurant IL-Merill, which is excellent.

Friendly staff 👍 Good location. Parking with enough places. It’s not a 5 stars, room is old style and terrasse was so tiny !
