Habitación muy limpia, personal de recepción muy amable. El hotel es viejo y poco practico, en la noche la puerta esta cerrada y no hay personal de recepción atendiendo por lo que tu debes abrir y cerrar. Te dan las llaves que son 4 diferentes mismas que tienes que cargar todo el tiempo contigo lo cual es poco practico y si las pierdes te cobran una penalización. No tienen plancha ya que no esta permitido planchar dentro de la habitación. Ubicación muy buena.

Location was great! Staff were very inviting and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Minibar prices are excellent! FYI, there was no iron in the room and staff informed me you are not able to connect one. Not sure if it’s an electrical issue. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Zimmer sauber; Klimaanlage ist vorhanden (haben nur die Heizfunktion benötigt, was gut funktioniert hat); Forum Romanum und Santa Maria Maggiore sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen; Reichlich Restaurants in der Straße und ein Supermarkt gegenüber; Metrostation ist auch recht nah.

We loved how great the staff was Carla was great she gave us some dining recommendations.

Clean room, facility could use some sprucing up- looks worn. AC didn’t seem to cool much and bathroom fan ran 24/7. Room was quiet , Great location with easy dining, walking to all attractions, safe and check in / checkout was simple. Good communication thru what’s app Would stay there again if or Rome

Good location - 20 minutes to main places to visit. Quiet, with good restaurants close by. Very good staff - friendly, helpful. I loved that they used WhatsApp to communicate - especially when scheduling a taxi to the airport. The amenities were very good - updated bathroom, air conditioning!!, patio. The rating would be an excellent if the mattress and bedding were updated.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu oder modern, aber sehr authentisch, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer gross und geräumig, vieles war zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar.
