Staff are disinterested and unhelpful like most of Romania to be honest. Furnishings and fixtures are old. Would not recommend.

Fint, hyggeligt og renoveret hotel. Hjælpsomt personale og god morgenbuffet. Godt hotel til prisen.

We paid for a suite and the amenities just were not there, especially the basics. No shower curtain, no kettle (but there were cups and tea service items), missing a chair and a trash can. (Traveled with a friend who had another suite.) AC didnt work properly. Location not quite as central as it was described to be. Breakfast and staff were lovely. Hotel not 5 star, closer to 2.5 star.

Small room with centralised aircon so the room was very hot and it was very noisy if you opened a window.

Very good value for the money

Følte mig snydt, hotellet var ikke det som på billederne, værelserne dunkle og ikke behageligt at være der! Vi havde booket executive værelset og var meget skuffet, værelset var dunkelt og dårligt, vi skiftede værelse men det var heller ikke godt, der var kraftig lugt fra køkkenet, og ude foran vinduet en mørk sylender formet gang fuld af duer lige uden for vinduet, som gav mange vækninger i løbet af natten. Lokation dog OK det var okay. Vi endte med at skifte hotel og betale for et nyt.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. It was 15 mins walk from old town, and felt safe. It was clean and had toiletries. The WiFi was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value for money, not luxurious but basic and clean which was what we wanted.

This hotel has the potential to be a good 3 star, but definitely not a 4 star - this rating is misleading.

Beautiful hotel and good location! Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again!

Un hotel con las 3 B's sin duda. La habitación estaba limpia, cama cómoda y bastante equipada, el cuarto de baño es correcto a falta de mejorar grifos y mampara de la ducha. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del casco histórico y a 10 del parlamento. El desayuno no lo probamos. Recomendado sin dudarlo

Place is nice, We've booked a suite on the 4th floor, Nice and peaceful, but I must say you need to have a shower curtains for the bathtub, It was absolute disaster in the bathroom without this, also a little bin in the room can be quite handy, we only had one in the bathroom. Would I stay there again.? YES I will, but please sort out the bathroom shower curtains. Staff is friendly. I'd have given 5 stars if above 2 can be sorted.

Som guld medlem skriver första gången en negativ recension. I allmänt var nöjd, tills skulle ta emot be sök, på dagtid. Fick svar av receptionisten att jag inte har rätt till besök, värre än fängelse. Eftersom hon inte hade namnbricka frågade om namn som hon inte ville ange med motiveringen att är bara så. Klart att jag inte trodde, pratade med manegern som bekräftade att allt är hotellets policy och om inte passar ska bara dra. Kom på att fisken ruttnar från huvudet. Sedan fick informationen att har rätt till besök som kostar 30e klart utan kvitto. Säkert samma hotellets policy. Inte den minsta intresse för vad inte fungerar på rummet, trots att var flera saker. Nej tack till folk som vill spionera på kunder i stället för att åtgärda fellen från rummet.

Lovely hotel with plesent staff. Breakfast is limited. Rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable.

There were cockroaches in the room

Estuvimos alojados seis días y muy bien. El personal muy amable. El hotel a simple vista parece antiguo y la decoración un poco desfasada. Pero está limpio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Beliggenhed ok i gå afstand til den gamle bydel, parlamentet og Calea Victoriei. Turistkort til al transport koster 35 lei for tre dage. Og der er mange forbindelser nær ved hotellet. Personale flinkt og hjælpsomt. Morgenmad ikke ret god. Værelset (en suite endda!) var nusset og sengen for smal til to voksne. Alt i alt: ikke et firestjernet hotel, højst tre stjerner. Kan være ok til pris på 4-500 DKK.

The bedroom I stayed at had bedbugs infestation. I was bitten all night, also they had no heating facilitation. But the staff at the hotel were really nice.

It is nit even close to 3* - unclean, small room, do not recommend, representing photos are more than misleading

It was in a good location and the staff was very friendly. The room that I got was small and basic, but I had a nice stay
