Rating & Review Keseluruhan Courtyard by Marriott Houston by the Galleria

The property isn’t worth the price and needs a remodel or a really good clean. The carpets were filthy. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there was water ring stains on the nightstands. The house cleaners could do a more thorough job overall. There was also either a kids sporting event or family reunion there the weekend we were there, there were kids everywhere running up and down the halls and playing in the elevators all weekend. The front desk staff didn’t say a word. Will never stay here again.

Todo estuvo bien, solo olía un poco a humedad las recámaras y la limpieza no se hacía por completo. El piso del baño lo encontramos sucio dos días.

Excellent stay. Everything was great

The room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in. It wasnt until an hour later the room was ready. This made me change my plans for the evening, which wasn't good. I wasnt offered any type of discount or anything.

Got to the hotel around 3:25 to star my check in when I get there they told me they were no rooms available at the moment so I need to wait for 20 minutes or so !! Wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes on the lobby to finally get my room I wasn’t the only one with the same issue!! They need to wok Berger in logistic and gave real customer service to the guest !!! I drove for 4 hours and it’s not fair for us to wait for a room when the hotel took my money right away !!

Treated with kindness and professionalism from the check in to check out.A little disappointed during my stay no cookies were made otherwise I'm pleased!

The area was nice but the hotel room itself was average nothing stood out and it had a musty not clean smell when entering the room.

Property is a little dated and parking is somewhat expensive, but a decent place to stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was our main consideration for picking this hotel.

It was a medical/family getaway and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff. Water was not in the rooms; you have to ask for it at the desk.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the items I could purchase like contact lens solution. You need to carry at all your locations.

Good & fast sery

The staff is excellent. However, maintenance needs to be done to upgrade the quality of the rooms and hallway. There was only a very small indoor pool. I had to buy a pool pass for another hotel.

I love that it was in the middle of everywhere . The last time i came to Houston ive stayed there .
