Great customer service

I really loved the view from my room. 10/10 experience

The hotel is obviously old but beautiful - in a great position. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We thought it was good value for money, and we would stay here again.

Nice room with lovely sea view. Room very clean, comfortable bed. Just right for good value night away. Quiet area, easy walking distance of the old town and harbour.

Friendly staff and a quick check in and out. Only downside would be the lack of parking.

The mattress was a joke strings in your back. Need to be slung away.

A very nice stay at this wonderful hotel A caring ethic which to me is so important these days The cleanliness is amazing and the reassurance of a reception that is manned throughout the night Any needs met at a very competitive cost And not forgetting wonderful sea views and it’s right near a fantastic theatre and local dining - hairdressers- the Knott who are very Green which is great and local Tesco All needs met basically with 100yards The hotel is very reasonable and if you want a lovely meal - the Voco an IHG hotel is metres away Enjoy your stay

Clean room, and relativy inexpensive. But, there were several issues;

It was an older hotel with character.. Floors a little creaky and other residents very noisy the first night . Staff we very welcoming and helpful during our stay . We had a very basic room but comfortable enough good shower and extra pillow given upon request. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the front of the building was shabby and the photo online was nothing like the live version. There were no mixer taps in the sink in the very small bathroom.the shower screen needed Double DD40 for it to slide properly and the balcony was dirty and should be swept. Refurbishment is needed, apart from that, the hotel is in a lovely location, and if it is renovated i would certainly book again, and so say all of us in our group that booked

Room was clean, staff pleasant however the room was very basic and shabby. Good value for 1 night but would not want to stay longer or would use in future.

Ok for a stop off before channel crossing

The hotel was ok for what we needed, 12 blokes on a golfing trip don't have sophisticated tastes. My biggest complaint was parking, on the first night we couldn't find anywhere to legally park within half a mile, but after about 7pm, we moved our cars right outside the hotel for free parking till 8.00 the next morning

Plek om te slapen, bed niet erg comfortabel. Op doorreis, 1 nachtje en dan snel door. Personeel is vriendelijk, wisten n goed Turks restaurant aan te bevelen. Eten daar was dan ook top! Hotel zelf had niet veel te bieden, erg oud. Upgrade van t hotel is aan te bevelen
