Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. I had to call for the parking address and, 20 minutes later, call again because the gentleman still had not sent it and I was driving in circles. The address he sent was not close to the hotel. I used a garage message than 2 blocks away. We then arrived and we did not have 2 beds. He did nothing to help except state we could have two beds the next day: no offer of extra bedding to make it ourselves, nothing. There wasnt so much as a bottle of water in the room. All in all, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

O café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções sequer havia ovos. O funcionário chamado Ângelo merece todos os aplausos por ser muito educado e disponível.

The reception is several doorways away from the actual hotel. Good breakfast.

Hotel in posizione centrale ideale per visitare il centro, personale disponibile e competente. Colazione da rivedere, insufficiente per qualità e quantità. Con tutte le prelibatezze della pasticceria napoletana mi sembra assurdo servire prodotti della Bin...di Le camere interne sono prive di balcone con finestre sul pozzo luce. Privacy nulla, le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate tra loro. Si sente tutto da una stanza all' altra

Excelente quarto, e ótimo café da manhã. Fácil acesso a tudo. Metrô próximo! Não fomos de carro por conta das ZTL.

Rent, trevlig personal, tryggt centralt läge nära hamnen om man skall ta båtarna till Amalfikusten. Bilfri gata så helt tyst vilket var underbart. Bra AC då vi hade 35 gradigt väder ute.
