Everything was good except for the cockroach that shared the room with us.

It was ok just tiring from walking up and down them stairs. But the smoking people were doing was terrible.

There was not a real person. Had to check in with a remote person thru a screen interaction. Additional money was charged for deposit and the key did not work the first time. To make things worse, English was not their first language. Will not be staying there again.

Check-in was done through a kiosk with the person located off-site...1st time for me. Room smells very musty. Pool looked very nice though.

The bed was hard like you were sleeping on box springs. There was no safety chain lock on the door, I had to put a chair underneath the handle. There were lots of things broken, rusted, and needing repairs.

I asked for a non smoking room. The room stunk so bad of stale cigarette smoke it gave me a headache. I asked yhe fromt desk to give me a different room. They didnt do it. I had to go buy room deodorizer and scented candles just to sleep!! I actually left a day early because it was so bad

I booked 3 days. I don't like the room it was a roach motel I only stayed 2 days. Very bad smell smoking room. Hopefully expedia will refund me.

We had a great time in destin and rhis hotel was just the right place its close to everything from food to other shopping needs its right by the beach and a pet freindly place.

Well i booked the hotel for the 24th and the plan was to arrive around midnight to 1 , but my grandson got sick so we had to take him to the doctor he had a ear infection , we live 9 hrs away we ended up arrive at 5 in the morning and wanted to get a little sleep and shower before 11 o'clock check out . Got there and tried to check in and had no reservations at all had to send her a email of my reservations so she could find it , the she said she could let me have the room till 11 i said ok so she charge me the refundable $50 per room ( i had 2 ) and then told me oh i am sorry my manger told me i couldnt rent u the rooms we over booked but i would still be charged for the the 24th and it would be 2 to 3 days for the $50 a room to be back on my card went to a different hotel and they told us its illegal to charge us for the room if we didnt stay in it

I didn’t feel safe at this hotel. I found a used dental floss in the sink, and my bedsheets were stained, which made me think they hadn’t been changed. My friends, who stayed in another room, also found hair on their sheets. I do not recommend this hotel. We only stayed there because there were no other hotels available at the time.

Alot of bad smells and dogs barking and no refunds
