We loved this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Ireland and stay here in the future. Location was also very convenient

A very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel has a really stylish, modern feel, and the bar/lounge area creates a great atmosphere. Free parking was a nice added convenience, especially when travelling by car. The only small downside is that some rooms are quite a walk from reception, the bar, and the restaurant, depending on where you are located. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport and reasonably priced .I had no real expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that it had two restaurants, beautiful gardens and even a nature walk to a castle.

Beautiful Scenery. Easily accessible. I was working in Shannon so very quick commute. Only issue I had was I stayed on the ground floor, and the ceiling felt like it was paper thin. Could hear every footstep including a child bouncing around until 10:30pm. Not ideal for a work trip. If I was to stay again I would have to request a first floor room.

Clean room; great breakfasts; beds/pillows were not quite as comfortable as we have come to expect.

The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. The remote didn’t have a back and couldn’t change channels. Honestly after a long day this was just awful to come to . The Manager tried calling me but was on a tour, I tried calling back but never heard back. Would not recommend this hotel. And avoid the one elevator and walk the extra few hundred feet to the rooms. It felt unsafe..

Beautiful location, helpful staff, really enjoyed using the leisure facilities.

We stayed at the rhyme for a destination wedding at Dromoland. The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. We forgot that many hotels do not have air-conditioning, but we had a fan. We did not eat in the restaurant, we chose to eat in small towns instead. But our day was great, very accommodating, clean rooms and they were there to help any issue you might have.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a nice quiet room , polite staff and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Liz for our late check out. It was very much appreciated. We will back.

Dinner closes extremely early. And nowhere around will deliver or is even open. For the hotels restaurant to close so early and they don’t offer room service or have a little store inside to get refreshments was disappointing. We got in late with 3 kids and they were hungry and we had little snacks thank goodness but finally found a pizza place that usually doesn’t deliver that far but did for us. We tipped them well but were disappointed the hotel didn’t have anything to accommodate their guest after early closing.

Everything was good except the WiFi connectivity. Super slow.

The pool was dingy, and we didn't use it. The on site restaurant 'Shenanigans' overbooked and, after waiting gratuitiously for a table to be available, we left without giving our order. Our room was dusty throughout and the floor was not clear. I even found what I hope was a large plastic earplug under one bed. The beds were too soft and not comfortable. Our room was not serviced during our room - we weren't brought more coffee and bathroom soap and the beds were never made.
