Had an excellent experience and staff made it very pleasant, very attentive and kind. I never felt I was approaching a robot in the reception area, but a warm smile and assisted us from booking tours and food suggestion and near by areas to visit and very good tips, I would love to stay at Irwin’s again in the future

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to shops and dining, as well as bus transportation to multiple attractions. Would stay here again.

This hotel is not the most modern but it is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Check in was smooth and they have parking on site if you have a moderately sized car. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Lots of amenities in the room …. coffee pot, coffee, ironing board, etc. They also have laundry on site.

The stay was nice. I wished the room had a microwave as food in the Banff area is quite expensive. We didn't want to eat out the whole time.

長く滞在していないが接したスタッフの方達はどの方も接しやすく親切で有難かったです。 ダウンタウンに徒歩で行ける距離でいつでも出かけられるのが良かった。またロビーに併設されている？レストランはすぐ行けるうえに美味しくて最高でした。 部屋に関しては、それなりに清潔でしたが、電気湯沸かし器が何かでベタベタしていて使いにくかった。また夜まで近くを走る列車のクラクションが聞こえ、時折人の騒ぐ音がよく聞こえたので音の気になりやすい人は注意が必要かも。 バンフはとても気に入ったのでまた行きたいが、こちらのホテルにまた泊まるかは状況次第というのが今回の総評です。

Excellent staff, great on site parking, located on the main strip of Banff Avenue and walkable to all the shops, slept soundly in a comfy bed too!

This is a great place to stay in Banff, It is a short walk to shopping and dining. Free parking really helps. Parking is difficult in Banff. It is best to walk and this property is very close to downtown. Many great dinner options are less than a 10 min walk. Stay here. The staff is great.
