Love this hotel. Location the best

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, die Zimmer wie darum gebeten netterweise nebeneinander und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir würden hier aufgrund der positiven Aspekte und der tollen Lage in Athen wieder übernachten, doch auf den Zimmerservice würden wir das nächste Mal verzichten. Unsere Schlafanzüge, die nicht weiß wie das Laken waren, sind sicherlich versehentlich unter die Schmutzwäsche gekommen - so die Vermutung - doch es gab kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels, zumindest für einen Teilersatz zu sorgen. Ärgerlich!

The breakfast is missing 2 things. A good coffee. The coffee was undrinkable at least for me and the greek coffee was missing.

Very good and well balanced breakfast while staff kept the premises impeccably clean! We also enjoyed the incredible rooftop vistas and restaurant where our dinner was delicious! Once again, staff demonstrated great respect and service! We highly recommend this hotel for location, service, food quality and friendliness.

Rooftop restaurant’s view and food was good. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent. The room was a tired excuse for accommodations with grungy carpet, lack of hot water and incessant beeping from the hall sensor system. Good location, but would choose a different option next time.

Excellent location! Clean rooms, attentive staff and very good breakfast. Had to leave for the airport before breakfast room opened, and staff prepared breakfast bags for us to take with us! Beautiful Acropolis view from new top floor restaurant! Highly reccommended.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food. Very clean and well presented.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing every day. It’s just as I remembered it from the past stay which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The views and the spicy Aquarius at the rooftop bar was the bomb. There weren’t many other amenities like pool etc but we were on the go the whole time. Would stay here again and again.

The customer service is fantastic! Resolved your concern right way, the location is top, go most historic area in about 20 mins, lot of restaurants in the area. One thing is need improvement, that some room shower space is well too small, it is difficult for adult to have a comfortable shower, and street face room may have slightly noise from rush hour traffic. But this Expedia referred hotel is top selection

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are very helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The only reason for my less than 5-star review was that the carpet in my room was stained and worn. This one maintenance item detracted a bit from an otherwise perfect experience.

The hotel is in an ideal location to visit Athens. We were in walking distance of absolutely everything, historical sites, shopping, restaurants, The Hop on Hop off bus, etc. The buffet was the best I think I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. The service was in general very, very good. The only comment I have is that I reserved connecting bedrooms. My daughters' room was beautiful with big windows and was very very very spacious. My connecting room was very small, dark, and generally not very inviting. I paid the same for both rooms. I have to say when I saw my room, I was very disappointed. However, having said that the hotel is excellent for someone who wants to visit the main sites in Athens and have a convenient, comfortable place to come home to.

Although the property is a bit old, but it is very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We had to leave the hotel in the early morning, and they kindly helped us arranged a taxi and breakfast. One of the staff members also assisted us with our luggage.
