Could not fault our stay in any way. Room clean and had extra ie mini fridge, iron, hair dryer everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint this time either. Staff friendly, room lovely. AC works brilliant. House keeping attentive. We will be back 😁

Nice modern vibe hotel with good rest (not too pricey) . Shame abiut the low lighting in the rooms - couldn't read in bed or work!

Very nice but I selected the car parking option in the filter section. When I arrived there was only 1 option which was to pay £20 extra for someone to park your vehicle in there secure facility for you. Which unless I missed it wasn’t made clear when booking.

Lovely hotel. The room was classy and comfortable. Only minor issue was the size of the TV, a little small but not a major issue. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel and great breakfast, but major noise issues The hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, our stay in Room 404 was extremely noisy. We could hear constant street noise, and there was heavy bass from nearby nightclubs well into the evening, which made it very difficult to sleep. The room is also directly opposite the housekeeping area, and we could clearly hear staff talking early in the morning. To their credit, reception moved us to a room at the back of the hotel around 1am, which we appreciated. However, housekeeping entered that room at 6:50am, turned the lights on, and woke us up — not ideal after such a disrupted night. When we later returned to our original room, the noise from the housekeeping area was again noticeable. We informed reception about our experience when checking out, but nothing was done to address the situation. This could be a fantastic place to stay with better sound insulation and improved customer service

Unfortunately this time the room hadn't been cleaned well had a smell to it. Normally have a courtesy call to check room to our satisfaction didn't happen.
