We were very happy with our stay at the Aqualuz Hotel. The studio room had a good size kitchen with a fridge and 2 burner cooktop. I think every room has a balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool was a nice place to relax in the afternoon but the water was cold in October. The location was great -- a 10-minute walk to the old town and a 10-minute walk in the other direction to the boardwalk for gorgeous scenery.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING! Pool was gorgeous! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Will be back!!

Overall a nice stay, with a few minor inconveniences. The hotel was very nice overall — the room was spacious and the balcony had a great view overlooking the pool. However, the property was a bit more worn than it appeared in the photos. During our stay, we had to request fresh towels and more hand soap, as these weren’t replenished when the room was cleaned halfway through our trip. The pool area was lovely, but be warned — the water is freezing, more like a cold plunge than a relaxing swim. Definitely something to keep in mind depending on the season. The area around the hotel felt very safe, which we appreciated. That said, the walk into the old town/main area of Lagos took about 20 minutes (walking fast). It’s not too far, but if you’re hoping to pop into town for a quick lunch and then head back to relax by the pool, it can feel a bit inconvenient — especially since the walk back is mostly uphill.

Hotel is located in a great central area - easy to get to old town, Marina and cliff trails. Room was very basic but comfortable. Front counter service was excellent and friendly! Breakfast was nice with some different options. Bar prices were high and bartender could have been friendlier. The pool and pool area was amazing! Best and biggest pool ive ever seen at a hotel! So clean and perfect temperature too! Would go thereagain and recommend it for the location and pool area for sure!

Nice pools. The rest is nothing special. Old looking, not a good restaurant/bar for both food and service. I expected more of a four star hotel.

Pool was fabulous and room great with split level for 3 of us!

We stayed for 3 nights, and loved this hotel! A great location to walk to downtown and the beach, took about 10 min and be prepared for some hills. The hotel was lovely and in good condition. The room was comfortable for 3 adults, we had a 1 bedroom unit. Pull out was in good shape for our adult daughter. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We loved the grassy areas around the pool (unheated). The only negative was a smell coming from the bathroom so needed to keep the door shut. Management was aware and did what they could, but likely because it is an older property. Our stay was still great and we would come again!

We really enjoyed having the beaches in close proximity, along with the town and some great restaurants!

Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town with all the restaurants and shopping and the beaches, clean property, and great pools! Staff was informative and kind.

A bit more dirty than I would expect from a 4-star at this price - specially the area around the pool. The area around the hotel is not the most pleasant and not very clean as well.

We had a great stay at this hotel as a family of 5 including children. It was a good location and family friendly. We had an issue with air conditioning our first day and they took care of us by changing our room. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Good food options and drinks. Would recommend.

Soggiorno di 4 notti in famiglia (2 figlie) Divano letto improponibile, veramente scomodo. Pulizia giornaliera approssimativa. Struttura in generale decente, piscine godibili (anche se non ci siamo praticamente mai stati… al mare si va al mare…) Colazione ricca e ben fornita. Soggiorno sufficiente/discreto…. Anche in rapporto alla spesa. Basterebbe poco per migliorare in modo consistente (divano letto più comodo e servizio delle camere più attento)
