God plassering nær et knutepunkt for offentlig transport. Rent og hyggelig personalet. Bassengområdet har ikke egnede stoler eller parasoller som gjorde at det kun kunne benyttes kort tid. Ok frokost

Location was great, could be a tad noisy, but mostly with door slamming as the doors are heavy and have no controllable closing.

Excellent location in Eixample. Walkable to everything like food, restaurants and evening fun and Metro close by! Nicely finished, excellent staff. Breakfast complete. Helpful to arrange taxi to airport.

The room was cleaned. The staff was very professional. We were placed on the third floor for some reason so there was staircase, climbing involved. the breakfast was the best. The tea is awesome. The pool was very clean and refreshing both the rooftop pool and the pool in the second floor. The dinners were OK. There was not much variety overall I would stay at this place again and recommend it.

Quarto limpo, com cama confortável e com dois travesseiros para cada um (casal). Roupa de cama e banho também limpinhas e macias. Banheiro amplo, mas antigo. Acústica boa (fica em uma rua com movimento intenso de carros) e cortina blackout para vedação da luz. Equipe de funcionários super educados e solícitos, em especial atendimento por Lúcio e Po, da recepção. Chegamos por volta das 8h30 e eles nos avisaram por whatsapp que o quarto estava disponível antes do horário do check-in 11h. Houve também um upgrade de quarto sem custo, pois ficamos em quarto com sacada, com vista. Localização excelente, perto da Praça de Catalunya e entre dois metrôs (Urgell e Universitat), ao redor tem vários restaurantes. Café da manhã (pago à parte) maravilhoso com diversos tipos de suco, pães, frios, frutas, que valeu a pena. Adoramos o hotel.

Room was great, breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub were perfect after a hot day and plenty of walking. All staff members were great as well. Would recommend

The room was well kept with shelves for luggage, coffee maker, and small fridge. Front desk and breakfast staff was very helpful even for a late night noise complaint. Lots of food and drink locations within walking distance.

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at around 10am, the room we were given was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and they speak Spanish and English, Breakfast buffet was always delicious, food items are usually the same but so long as you change it up or aren’t picky, you have plenty to choose from. We didn’t go to it but there’s also a pool on the 8th floor.

The property was in an excellent location and very centrally located. We walked to almost all tours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very functional rooms and larger than what we expected.

La sábanas no estaban lavadas o muy mal lavadas, con mal olor a sucio. Los ascensores se trababan. La habitación estaba muy mal mantenida y habían letreros por dentro de la puerta de la habitación que pedían que pongan seguros en la puertas por seguridad. Una buena ubicación, pero mala experiencia en la estadía. No regresaría nuevamente por opción.

This hotel was centrally located and accessible to all your needs, walking, transportation and landmarks. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and although cozy it had just enough space for 2 people to manage. Beds were very comfortable. Working air conditioner if that's important to you. The rooftop is small but very well placed in shade and sun with a beautiful view! The jacuzzi may for 2 comfortably. There are convenience stores, cafes and restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel. Highly recommend!

Super hotel, heel net (hotel en kamer heel proper) goed onderhouden, superlekker en uitgebreid ontbijt en bovenal een behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk personeel (zeker José en Marina)
