Everything was so clean and everyone was very professional

Everything was great and beautiful but it was very expensive especially for alcohol that isn’t from there 2 bloody Marys were $60 2 shots of Don Julio were the same we upgraded when we arrived to a full ocean view versus partial we were told they just remodeled this building and it was beautiful however we didn’t know they were still remodeling so there was construction noise each morning and all day as well as the elevator did not work most of the time we have to walk up the stairs to the 8th floor and there was no compensation for that no discount nothing because when it happened nether tome did anyone we complained to put a note in our account so we spent a few grand total and had to walk upstairs which sucked

I stay here before and was glad I chose this resort again. The staff was always so helpful. Karla Michelle Lopez was super wonderful and Bianca at Sarafina was so sweet. Can't wait to return

Great property but lots of construction. Would not have stayed there if I knew.

It was excellent but the staff needs to clean rooms a little better and there was no water in my room when I checked in. The coffee machine and supplies were missing. But other than my room discrepancies the overall hotel was very nice and clean.

I read a lot of reviews about La Concha and decided to book based on good reviews. The property is in a great location with beach access and walking distance to various restaurants. Very clean and elegant. The rooms are cozy but do not have microwave. There is a casino inside the lobby and very loud music. I stayed 4 nights with my two kids and husband and were woken up every night by the loud sound of music (3:45-4:30 am) the ambiance is not family friendly and it carries throughout the facility. If you are planning a family trip I don’t think this is the best place to stay.

Excellent property and great staff. They were willing to do everything possible to ensure you have a good stay!

PROS: Great experience over all, had an ocean view room which was perfect & all the hospitality was good, great vibes and views, everything was easy access and close by restaurants & stores. CONS: No negative feed back really besides warnings, they charge $65 per day + tax for amenity fee on top of your booking that you originally paid for , everything is expensive here (double the price) it’s better to eat and drink local outside the resort as much as possible.

Amazing staff from the minute I checked in to check out. The stay was absolutely the best!!! Ocean view, plenty of pools, food options, the Bartender Urayoan at Marena bar WAS EL MEJOR!! My partner and I experienced the best massages as well at the spa amazing!!!! Loved it and would definitely return!!!
