Hotel layout Quite a big difference with photos provided, heater only in the room so hot that can’t sleep. Small window facing a wall with pipe, Corridor is so dark like a love hotel. However Hotel location is convenient, credit on that. Hotel staff is friendly

Very nice staff, great central location

While the staff are all courteous, professional and helpful, the hotel is nearing the need for an upgrade. We were assigend a suite, lime green in colour, in velvet crush for an elaboorate bed ensemble that had stains on it, making it look dirty. In another suite (we had two separate booking over a number of days) the sink was cracked...there is simply no excuse for that. The shower floors have stains in the grout, apparently from cleaning neglect. Yet, as I stated, the staff were fantastic!

Room was very small. Bed was ok. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect. I wish they would do more to elevate their rooms and bedding.

The breakfast was limited but ok for a few days, unfortunately the day after we arrived the rooftop bar was closed for refurbishment which left us with nowhere to sit in the sun or relax from a busy day walking! We booked this hotel because we wanted to use this area the room was lovely and staff helpful, it’s in a good position just off the main shopping area.

Hallways were dirty. Pool area floor tiles all loose creating a tripping hazard. Staff at front desk very good and helpful We stayed here 2 years ago and had a great room overlooking the front square - the hotel could not accomodate and we were stuck at the back of the hotel. Room was very stark - i.e no pictures/ art on walls made it feel like a hospital room

Clean room, great staff and AC working perfectly

Our room was roomy and comfortable. The hotel is having some renovations but the staff was very helpful.

Lovely triple room with a great bathroom. Comfy bed and air con in the room too. Complimentary water provided and we were told tap water is useable too. Breakfast area seating is small but we always got a table - lots of options and staff around to help if any refills are needed. Walking distance of Gran Via and lots of bus/metro options.

Solicitamos early check in.Nuestra llegada fue a las 6:30 am, nos atendieron super amables y como el hotel estaba lleno, si nos pudieron dar la habitación más temprano, muchas gracias!! Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplias, limpias, cómodas, con un roof top maravilloso 10/10… nos tocó el lobby en remodelación, pero eso no afectó en nada nuestra estancia
